    Amazing professional and meticulous workers very fair prices and beautiful gutters All of them Including those that answer the phone are very kind ans know their products Very respectful workers *********** can help you make decisions on what is best for you and your home They are very honest and they dont try to upsell We had one of the most best experiences with this company from the beginning when the sales *** came out who was so intelligent and friendly to the installers and the women who answers the phone Highly recommend

    The owner and an employee came out to do an evaluation of our gutters on a Saturday! He was cordial, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my concerns about the gutter set up...one of which was to have one of the upper roof's downspout linked to our rain barrel. The team of two installers showed up on the day and time that was scheduled and was very professional during the installation. Because the installation went well and I liked the look of the gutters with covers, I also signed up for their annual blow off and **** treatment program.

    High Point Gutter just finished our large gutter and downspout replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and work! It started with ***** ****** implementing a number of design changes to the original gutters. ***** is extremely knowledgeable and instills confidence in the project. The install team, ****** and ****, were both very professional and knowledgeable in their trade, as well as a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job on the install. In this day where service and professionalism is lacking, it's great to experience a company who honors and adheres to good time tested business principles.

    It was very easy to get a quote, very convenient and efficient through online tool to get all organized, including my special request to not use any chemicals at all. Punctual, polite, nicely cleaned up. Suggestion to consider for future: It would be great to have the option to treat the roof with a Water/Vinegar or similar that is 100% nature and health friendly; we collect rainwater.

    I had a good experience when ***** came out to provide an estimate, but it's been very poor after that. A crew did not show on the day they were scheduled, and when they did the following day after several follow *** to the office, scheduler and owner, they rushed the job and left a huge mess. I provided a deposit to get the job started, but similar to other reviews, I now can't get a response from the company on when they're coming back to do the installation and other services I paid for.
