  I'm happy with the completed project, but it took 3 follow-ups to get everything completed and cleaned up. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the installers were very nice, but I had to get them to come back and pick up a gutter and downspout that they left in the yard. I had already picked up several pieces of metal clippings that I found around the yard. Then I noticed that they didn't do the hardscape from the upper gutter to the lower gutter, which they came back and completed. After they left, I looked up at the roof and saw they left an unused gutter on top of the roof, so they had to come back and get that. The product looks good and the completed the work, but was a little disappointed in how much I had to manage and reach out to get everything done. They were not the cheapest of the 3 bids I had gotten, but they sounded like they would do a good job, which is why I went with them.Again, the overall completion was finally done and looks good, just want to make sure people keep an eye out to make sure what they say they are going to do gets done.

  Absolutely would recommend. Very professional. Great communication. Seemed very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations. They sealed gutter corners to fix a leak, cleaned the gutters and did a roof clean as well. Afterwards gave me a full detailed report. I felt valued and heard as a customer.

  The people giving the estimate & the installers were friendly & very professional. The installers showed up a little late, but were pleasantl and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

  For our project, High Point provided:A highly detailed bid with competitive pricing An obvious strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship Excellent customer service. I mean really excellent.Great people to work with from the owner of the company, to the office staff, to the crew working the job.A great end-result Our project was a difficult one. We needed to replace the *original* wooden gutters on our 115-year-old house. Despite many unexpected twists and turns, High Point calmly rolled with the punches and found a solution to every problem we encountered. ****** was always patiently responsive to my many many questions. At one point, we needed some construction and roofing work to continue with the gutters. ****** found us to an excellent contractor for the construction and also spent hours trying to find a roofer willing to work on the roof issue, which had its own special problems. I honestly believe that any other gutter company would have let us know what needed to be fixed and told us to contact them again when the fixes were done and the gutter project could continue. Not High Point. They had our back all the way. So thankful to everyone: *************************, ***********************, **** and everyone else who had anything to do with our project. To anyone looking to embark on a gutter project, get a bid from High Point. Sure, do your due diligence and get a couple other bids too but my recommendation is to go with High Point. You just will not find anyone better!

  Great install duo. They spent extra time to do "water test" (with a hose on the roof) on a tricky 2-gutter install. The test resulted in them having to add extra "Z-metal" on the ridge of one gutter, and a few other "tweaks" to pass the "water test". Once passed, they cleaned up and were gone. And, there's a warranty for 10 years on the install, against leaks!! Sweet. Thanks, *******************, *********, **********

  Great job from ****** estimate, ***** and the other charming lady in office were excellent in our interactions, and a triple AAA goes to the Crew C5 for their outstanding ********** up, and communicating as the project proceeded.If your older home or mobile home needs new gutters this crew 5 is very good, as is the group as a whole was.

  Excellent service, techs were on time and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up and went over the work and warranty after they finished.
