    Smooth operation from start to finish. I had a tree limb ****** my roof in the December heavy snow/ice storm. It also damaged my gutters. I decided to add on extra services and covers to the new gutters and the back undamaged gutters, in part, due to their professionalism during a stressful time and their fair, competitive pricing. I highly recommend.

    High Point is very good at communicating. We had some challenges due to the weather and they contacted us ahead of time to make changes as required. We also had issues that fell outside of their work scope and they communicated this to us clearly . We will continue to have them do regular maintenance going forward.

    We can't speak more highly of High Point Gutter ... throughout the entire process (bid - install) they were professional, helpful, efficient, and competitively priced. We especially appreciated their honesty about what our gutter needs really were ... they did not try to up-sell us anything we didn't need and gave us practical, cost-efficient solutions to all of the problems we were having with our old gutters. Their gutters are high quality and offered in multiple color options for both gutters and downspouts

    Came and gave a fair review and estimate of our gutters. They came the day they said they would and even reached out by email before they arrived. Walked through the job with me at the end. Regular reminders that they guarentee their work and would come fix any issues, if we have any.

    These people are great! They did a wonderful job for us. They were excellent from the estimate to the completed product. Their pricing was fair. The other estimate we had, we had to submit pictures. We did all the work to be a customer for this other company. **** came out from High Point, did the estimate, we scheduled the appt. They called to confirm. They were here in That 30 minute timeframe, did there job, asked me to review it. **** and his crew were wonderful. We are going to look into them for annual ***************.
