      Time of Order 12:06 PM, Order was only half fulfilled, 1/2 the food was missing and or not what was ordered per the receipt.We ordered 2x Jumbo Meal deal, requested burger without cheese due to one of the people eating being unable to eat cheese, they all had cheese. Two curly fries were not delivered out of 4, one Churros was delivered of the two that were ordered. The Churros were dripping with fryer grease and soaked in grease all the way through. Tried to call the store multiple times and there was only to voicemail. I drove to the store and asked to talk to whomever was in charge and we stepped outside. I explained what was wrong and asked why the phones werent answered which made me have to drive there when I had the food delivered. He siad their phones do not work, I inquired why and ***** ***** -I got his name, shrugged and looked at his feet. His resolution was to have me drive all the way back home and get all the food and bring it back for a refund. Told him that was unacceptable and explained to him how unprofessional his resolution was as to me they had just stole my money by not completing my order, I also asked for the owners/person in charges information. That phone was voicemail only as well and they did not return my call to resolve the issue. He gave me the persons name and number partially, ******* B 200-4613. I told ****** I would not tolerate being stole from (I paid for something which I did not receive) Explained to ****** the potential consequences including if it was not handled I would report them to Jack in the box corporate and the BBB. He then told me he would do nothing unless I brought back the food that I had already paid for and only drove there due to them not answering their phones and I was not going to waste more money driving home and getting the incorrect order of food, and then driving it back again, This place is a horrible business and stole my money.
