      On April 1st I , my husband and my son went to the jack in the box on 1st st in ****** . First of all we were waiting to order our meal for at least 10 mins. We had to wait till they were done talking we then ordered our meal and the total came up to ***** The meals came with 2 coffee, they didn't give me no sugar and ******* with the coffee. So I asked the manager if I could have some sugar she gave me some,then I asked f9r some ******* and she threw them at me . I recommend u watch the video because The Manger and em0loyees were very rude to us. The Manger used foul language, She had a mouth on her. I just can't believe u would have a Manger like herm that who you want to represent as a jack in the box managerShe needs to be fired!!! She also had no right to dig in my bag, after it was served to me? With that experience we will never be back there again, and I will make sire that I put it on social media so the whole world can know how awful we were treated as a paying customer! unless something is done about this!!!!!!

      When I ordered my meal I asked for a large drink. When we went to pay, they charged me for a small. I asked them if I could pay the difference and get the large and the manager, *****, told me no and slammed the window closed on me in the middle of talking. When I confronted her about how rude she was, she told me she didnt have time for this and that she was too busy. I told her that a customer was speaking to her, nicely at that, I just was asking about paying them the difference, and she leaned out the window and screamed, HAVE A GOOD DAY MAAM. In my face. Totally inappropriate, totally uncalled for. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!! ***** the manager at the ********************* location is EXTREMELY RUDE.

      False advertising lf business hours. Never open at night but stated business hours say your open 24 hours a day. Someone is there to get on the mic and tell you they are closed though
