  set up a transport have the bill read $450. $ 395 due when they came to pick up the truck they wanted over $1000.

  This was one of the worst experiences, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I am in *******, shipping a car to my brother in *********. In total honesty, he chose this company for the price, as it was less than half of the next closest bid. I was advised to steer away from a client who is in this business, and who sent me a set of 1 star reviews from recent months. After a couple days of searches and discussions, out of monetary necessity, my bro made the decision to go with US Freighmasters. For 3 weeks prior to pick up, my brother asked them to call me to discuss, as I am in a unique community. The day before pick up, I had yet to hear from them at all! When my bro was finally able to get them to call me, the # came up as SPAM....well how appropriate! We are talking about a VEHICLE, and I had no communication from anyone until I raised h*** and finally called them myself the day of pick up. I spoke with ***** ***, who kept assuring me it would all work out and "Don't worry ma'am" they will be there between 12-2. Well nobody showed. I called to see what was up, only for ***** *** to tell me the driver cannot make it to me, and it will have to be 2 more days. I am a business owner myself, and it was a major effort to set aside an entire day, and now it was for nothing. Worse yet, is that she told me they were going to have to charge my brother MORE. I began to cancel the whole thing, until she agreed it would be for the original price, that I would get a set time, and a call from the driver prior to arrival. ***** again said, "Don't worry ma'am". Well guess what, we agreed on 9:30 2 days later, and no one called or showed up then either! It took ***** *** 20 minutes to get back to me telling me that the driver had an engine problem and we would need to reschedule. No way, done. Plans ruined. PLEASE SPEND A LITTLE MORE ON A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE **** IT HAS CAUSED ME AND MY BROTHERS FAMILIES.

  This company quoted me a price and then raised the amount when services needed to be done. They raised it nearly two fold from $475 to $900 and then the broker also asked for more money for her services that was redone which I am not paying. **************** was atrocious. The broker said that she would credit me $75 towards the increase but now she is reneging on her promise. I was also told by the broker that the negative reviews were fake and should check the reviews on their website. To that I laughed at her. I said you decide whats on your website and those negative reviews on other sites were true because they were living up to the negativity that everyone has posted. This company is trying to get away with their scam.

  In this case, we provided you with the pricing details before dispatching the driver, and you signed the agreement acknowledging the cost before the shipment proceeded. Once the vehicle was delivered, the driver was underpaid by $75, despite the agreed-upon price.

  I unfortunately arranged to have US Freight Masters transport my car 130 miles in *******************. The problem wasn't the transfer of the vehicle. Following a text from the actual car transport company that my car had been delivered, the trouble started! I literally received at least 25 or more phone calls over a 4-hour period from US Freight Masters regarding why I hadn't paid for the transport of my vehicle. They wanted me to pay via *****. They sent me their QR code and Venmo ID. I didn't have nor ever used Venmo. I downloaded the Venmo application and installed it. During this time, Freight Masters called me over and over wondering when they could expect payment. The calls started before I had time to install the application (I'm talking 15 minutes). I attempted to transfer funds via ***** only to receive an error message from their application that the transaction had been declined, but no additional information was provided. I called US Freight Masters and told them of my problem. They then wanted me to pay via Zelle. I downloaded the application and found out that my bank was not associated with Zelle. US Freight then suggested using ******. I gave them all of the necessary information to request payment. US Freight indicated that they had to check with their team to verify this would be acceptable. After waiting for a period, I gave up and decided to make payment directly to the contracted transport company that US Freight had assigned for this transport. I contacted the transport company and made direct payment to them via credit card. I am a reputable individual who has a credit rating of 820. I always pay my bills and have never been treated so badly by a creditor! I will never use US Freight Masters again! The funny thing is that I attempted to contact US Freight Master's customer service and the agent that answered my call was the salesman who originally called me to arrange for the transport of my car.

  The worst auto shipping company. I arranged pick up of my truck and motorcycle months in advance with a pick up time at 11:00am because my family was flying out that night. When it was time to move I called the company a week before the truck and the motorcycle was to be picked up and they said no problem they will be there at 11:00 am on Saturday I called them 2 days and 1 day before the move and asked again are we still good for the pick up at 11:00am and again they said yes all set and the driver will call me when he is an hour away. The day of the pick up 10:45 I havent heard from the driver I called again and no one answers I leave a message and they call back at 11:30 telling me they dont have a driver and they will call me back when they find one. An hour later they call me back and say they found one but it will be $1200 more than they quoted me I told them Im not paying $1200 more and I was basically told to bad that is what its going to cost take it or leave it. At that point I had no choice because my fight was that night. They scammed me!! They they told me he would be there in an hour and 3 hours later he showed up which I had to reschedule the flight so my son had to fly out the next day. Then they promised a delivery date and were 3 days late. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND AGAIN THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

  The worst! Complete scam! Bate and Switch! Do not use this company! Do not Zelle them any money. I was promised a refund and they never gave back my money and they never did any work for me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

  Hi *****. These are false statements. You did use our company and our services. We assigned you a driver and dispatched your vehicle to that carrier company. After doing so, you asked for a refund. Our agreement that you signed states that you are no longer eligible for a refund after a driver has been assigned and dispatched to pick up your vehicle. There was absolutely no bait and switch as you have falsely stated. Please refrain from spreading false information about our company. We are an honest and reliable company and work for our customers to get them the best possible price to ship their vehicle. Thank you.

  They are dishonest. I had a contract to have a car shipped from ******* to ******* for $500. I made a $80 deposit. The called the day the car was to be picked up and said it would now cost $830. Then said it could only be sent for $760. I told them they needed to honor the contract. I spent an hour going back and forth. I finally asked for a refund and was told that was not possible. I told the representative I was calling my credit card company which reversed the charge and then received an email the company would refund in 5 to 7 days. I intend to file a complaint with DOT

  Hi ***. I am so sorry for your experience. We do our very best to find you a driver at the quoted price. The quotes we receive are from various load boards based on what the drivers have charged in the past, on the route (or similar route) that your vehicle needed to be transported. In your case, the price the drivers were charging for this route was what our agent was coming back to you with after negotiating with the driver. We are brokerage company, and we work for our customers to find the best possible price to transport their vehicle. We do not set the prices. The agreement, which you signed does state that the price can change from what was quoted due to several different circumstances. It also states that if you change your mind, and before we assign a driver to transport your vehicle, you are eligible for a refund. Which in your case was granted. I hope this gives you a better understanding about how all of the transport companies work, and hope that you will give us another chance in the future.

  Had them arrange a cross country pickup and the whole experience was smooth. Great on time coordination and handling was smooth throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shipping experience which is great.

  US Freightmaster is highly recommended! I had my car transported from ********** to ******** with no issues whatsoever! The pricing was just right and the customer service was excellent! Special mention goes to *******************, who at all times was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with! He kept me updated with my vehicle transport every step of the way! Kudos to ***!
