    Very responsive. My driver had some issues due to road debris causing a mechanical failure on the tow vehicle which caused a delauly. US freight masters was with me all the way and I would use them again.

    You guys are liars ! Bait & switch the shipping cost THEN keep my deposit for 13 days and still no refund . I have not read the Customer Review Submission Terms BECAUSE I am not a lawyer !

    We needed our truck picked up and was very helpful, very communicative,and supportive. Will use service again. Car wasn't working and was able to pick up car from mechanic and ship to my house that's 4 hours away. Thank you so much for your help

    This was a great experience,I had them move 2 cars from ********* ( F8 ******* 2022 ) and from ********** ********** ( 2020 ******* Navigator ) for me,they were *****************,and very reasonable!!

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!, they lie about final price, and not give you refund for reservation. Horrible experience!!

    Dont use this shipping service. They lie about everything, price, trailer, delivery dates. Use someone else. Price will go up after you sign agreement. They would not refund my money after their prices went up next day.

    So, my overall experience with this specific trip was really bad . . . . but it was the police that did that. I would have 100% been lost and not know what to do if the person who was my contact here hadn't been so great. The driver got stopped, fun and games ensued, and the police had me thinking they would disappear with my truck. NOTHING like that happened at all. It got to me safe and sound while the person on the other end of the phone was basically holding my hand and letting me know it was going to be okay, and it was. I am so appreciative.

    Don't, don't don't. It doesn't even worth it to write what has happened with this company. All of the bad experiences mentioned here are what I have experienced with this company. Just stay away before you lose your mind and health!!! I wouldn't give even one star but had to for leaving review. Run away!!!
