    We had our brakes done on our For F150 about the end of February 2024. We have problems ever since. First the brake fluid was low. Took it back and they said a line was attached wrong and fixed it. Drove off only to lose brakes. Took right back and they had forgotten to bleed the lines. Next week oil change at dealer. Asked them to review breaks cause the low fluid was coming on again only to find out lines were all bad and it will cost us $350 to fix. After paying Tuffy $1750for brake job. Very disappointing. Will be attempting to be reimbursed for the $350 and will never take a vehicle there again.

    Hello. I'm looking for a refund of my purchase due to an absolutely horrendous first experience. I had an oil change and a tire rotation. When I first arrived, after being checked in, one of the service associates asked me my license plate number. I stated I did not know, as I recently got new plates and could not remember exactly the plate number. The service associate made the tangent that "illegal aliens" probably gets "license plates for free" and probably gets "$2000 if they willingly go back to ****** from **********." Whether or not this is true, this is quite rude to bring up to a first time customer in order to build rapport. Next, they indicated they broke an oil filter part "due to the cold and being brittle" and yet they did not carry anything in stock besides a metal upgrade. So, not only did they break this part during the service, they also did not have a plastic part in stock and I was forced to pay for an upgraded part. This is the worst experience I have had. Lastly, this location is now charging 3% for people using credit card. As a car repair place, this is insane considering the average costs of repairs these days. I would like to connect with you for a refund.

    We have attempted to contact this customer in regard to the replacement cap. Firstly, he was not willing to wait for us to get the plastic one from the dealer, as it was 1 day out. We have the new upgraded tool to remove these caps, as these caps break. We did not design this cap, nor buy the vehicle, ****** recommends replacement every ****** miles as they are plastic and subject to breakage. The metal replacement is an upgrade over the plastic and will last longer. Also, it was the only one we could get fairly fast. We require this customer to come back to the store for a refund on the cap and to sign a release form.
