    Took in my 2012 VW CC when it would not start. Was told they found "fluid" in two of the cylinders and "a bunch of code errors" and this would require changing the engine out. The price I was quoted was $13,000 for a rebuilt engine! Then I was told the owner has an Audi they are selling for $6,000. Very unprofessional communication and they charged $150 per hour for diagnostics but didn't even tell me a complete breakdown of the issues found. On top of that I used the tow service that they recommended and it was $120 to tow it 4.4 miles. Definitely seems like they are getting some kickbacks. Not recommended.

    Took my car in for a couple different repairs. Company charging customers for labor hours NOT performed.
