      I am on my second hot tub from National Sales/Master Spa in 20 years without a warranty service claim. I have had nothing but a good experience when I call with questions or need to buy supplies. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality and economically priced hot tub or swim spa.

      Top service and employees. Very knowledgeable about the product and find a fit perfect for your lifestyle and family needs. Keith, Conner and Pat have been great people and helped educate us on best way to maintain and use hot tub. Would recommend them to anyone…my neighbor and friend bought one and love it. Makes any home a destination.

      The employees and management became extremely rude and insulting and Abusive when I called regarding my hot tub leaking again after they came out to repair it the first time. They were absolutely refusing to work with me in any way as far as only charging me a partial fee as this would be a follow up with the same leak issue and there own employee who worked on my hot tub told me son that he wasn't sure where the leak was and to call back if it started leaking again. I'm disabled and do not appreciate their verbal abuse.
