      If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered an artic white hoverboard, case, and a gokart extension on 12/6/24. I received the shipment on 12/17. My son opened his gift on Xmas day and I quickly realized we did not receive the gokart attachment. I reached out to customer service on 12/30 regarding this issue and got a response 12/31 stating that the product was out of stock prior to Xmas and that a refund will be issued. Great. Now my question is why was the order marked as completed and shipped if all products were not shipped? If they were aware of said product not being in stock why would they still charge me and not issue a refund until I questioned it 4 weeks later? They have not given me an apology of any sorts, or a valid reason as to why my order was completed when it really wasn't. Horrible customer service. Trash company that does not have any accountability for their mistakes. All I got was rude email responses from their team when all I wanted was an explanation. Hope their business gets shut down!

      This company is a scam. I unfortunately fell for it due to a friend not having an issue with her purchase. Our hoverboard no longer worked after 2 hours. R wheel stuck. Tried the warranty and they wrote me back stating they would send a UPS return label but haven’t. Now they won’t get back to me. There is no phone number to call either. Their initial emails were written at 11pm and 3am which was the first sign it was a scam. Also our hover board was made in 2021. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

      I ordered my hubber board for Christmas 2023. The item came very quickly and is a very good product. However on August 18th I ordered som replacement straps and I never received it. I left many messages and the response time was it is going out today. It never did. Furthermore they do not have a phone number to call and talk to a person. I will never buy here again. Very poor customer no service. *** *****

      I purchased an item they right away created a shipping label but 3 weeks go by and never shipped it. Contacted customer service and they said it would go out the next day but a week later and still shipment. Worst customer service or possible scam.

      Ordered a hoverboard for my son’s 6th birthday and the board I received was made in 2021 and on the website they claim it’s their new 2023 model with “extended range” ordered in 2024. Emailed the company and they still claim it’s there newest model even though the board was made in 2021 and they are saying it’s the updated model with the extended range. Just said to return if it wasn’t used yet, of course it’s been used my son used it and when I looked at it I realized it’s been manufactured in 2021 as that’s what the sticker says on the bottom of the board.

      I have never received my order I left many emails and no one has gotten back they tried charging my card twice lucky enough I didnt had enough money for it to go through the 2nd time I might have to go find my self a lawyer this was a gift for my son very disappointed

      I ordered a hoverboard on December 28, 2023. Merchant created a shipping label but never shipped the product. I have tried to reach them by email and phone but have not received a response. I will be disputing the charge and will never order from them again.

      I ordered 4 Hoverboards and two monster hoverkarts last month. I did quickly receive my orders, but the one monsterkart arrived with the front wheel rim bent and it wont work right. I have tried for a month to get a response from this company. Text, email, and using the contact form on their web page. They just dont respond. Their 90 day warranty is a total scam. Empty words. I feel dumb that I didnt look this business up, but trusted their marketing. Live and learn.

      My daughters hoverboard quit turning on 6 weeks after we purchased it. It says there is a 90 day warranty but I cannot get through to anybody. No phone, text, email, etc. This company is a scam for their website to state a warranty but then not follow through after sending a faulty product.
