      I have ordered a hoverboard for my daughter as a birthday gift. First the color chosen was out of stock so a 2nd choice was selected...oh we will get that right out to you. Some 5 days after the purchase I still do not see any movement on the order. I am beyond upset, I now know why they have an "F" from the BBB. Wish i would have seen this before ordering. They may as well not have a phone number as you never get to talk to anyone. 5 emails and multiple phone calls and nothing. Im not sure what recourse I have at this point, however, anyone reading this BUY elsewhere!!!

      They are a scam. They sell you the Hoverboard then they leave you on your on to get help or a return for refund for a product that was bad right out of the box. No phone number that they answer only email you at the middle of the night in the United States. Constant battle to try to get my refund back even after they received the returned board which is documented by UPS and had sent a copy of this to Hoverboard.com Then they blame you for not cooperating. What a SCAM! Need to close them down with a class action suit.

      These people are brutal ordered a go kart attachment over a week ago and they still havent sent it out yet. They have 110k happy customers probably twice as many unhappy customers. Was suppose to be a gift for grand daughter but her birthday has come and gone. Totally dont care about their customers, that's obvious

      Worst business experience ever..wouldn't even give a 1 star. I bought a board in November, it didn't work. Sent back and it's been an email fight back and forth ever since. Over a month. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, when I still hadn't received a replacement, I asked for a refund since I had to buy elsewhere. They said it will cost 30% rentals fee. For a broken board..really? No I'm not paying extra and no board. It's the 29th of December and no refund, no board. I have over 35 emails to and from this company. I finally got my credit card fraud involved for a full investigation. Still pending, but my advice is don't give them your money...I promise you will regret you did. Worst company to do business. Did I mention they have no phone contact.

      Awful service and feels, to me, like a scam. Ordered a hoverboard and did not get sent any email regarding shipping and did not receive any communication as to why. When I logged onto the website to check order status received a message that because I was shipping it to a different address I needed confirmation with proof of photo ID to have the order shipped. Provided photo of my ID (which I regret now) and still have not received a shipment notice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

      While dealing with a lot of fraud, especially during the busiest time of the year, we do what we can to protect consumers. The customer took 11 days to respond to our messages. There was a slight delay due to processing the additional verification and increased shipping volumes this time of the year, however, we promptly processed a refund when she requested it 4 days after providing verification.

      This customer never contacted us regarding issues with the board. We were never given a chance to assist with whatever problems he may have had or to even use our warranty policy.

      Ordered on a weekend. Order should have shipped Monday, but it did not. I was told by a customer service person that my order would ship Tuesday. Never did. This business is either a scam or horrible operationally. Either way, take your business elsewhere. How hard is it? Receive an order, pack a box, ship the product.

      Ordered a replacement charger and took four weeks to receive and multiple emails to even get it. Once arrived it was used and not in working condition.

      We responded to the first email we had in our system from the customer. The customer may have been reaching out to **************************. The order is on its way to the customer, and we worked with the customer to make the situation right for the delay.
