      When we had a brake job done in the ******* location, the parts didn't even last three months and then they put parts on that weren't the parts they told us that they put on, they were less than standard quality. When we trusted the General Manager to bring it to the ******** location, he was fantastic at making things right and documenting if they found anything wrong. We scheduled our annual DOT inspection with them as required by the ****** and we were told that the lights on the trailer didn't work, the front brakes on the truck were down to bare metal, the truck had an exhaust leak, and more things that were supposedly wrong with our equipment. We also didn't get a call letting us know that our inspection was done (RED FLAG), I had to call at 3:30PM to find out that it had been done for at least 2 hours and that their worker had locked our trailer in the trailer shop and they had to contact him to come let it out. When I was informed of all of the "problems" with our equipment. When I asked to speak to the General Manager I was informed that he's no longer here and the lady on the other end of the phone got rather short when I asked if he just transferred or where he went, and said "no I said he's no longer with us." Then when I told ***** that we wouldn't be able to come get the truck until the next morning (Saturday) he said well I was thinking if you didn't need the truck on Monday we could get it right in and fix all these issues for you. (RED FLAG). We went to pick up our equipment on Saturday morning, before ever leaving the parking lot, the trailer lights worked without us touching anything (lie number one), Sunday we replaced the brakes on the front of the truck, they weren't even to the chirp bars that are installed on the brake pads (lie 2), when we took the truck to another place to get an inspection done, they said there was no exhaust leak on the truck, and looked at us like we were crazy. That's another HUGE LIE. And now they want us to pay them.
