Purchased furniture last year from outlet center in ******** **. Great experience great product. I just purchased an outdoor umbrella stand and umbrella. The stand is defective and the umbrella is the wrong advertised umbrella and no one from the online team will assist as they say it's a 3rd party. This is a warning. Ordered a new mattress online only a couple months ago and now my whole apartment is covered in fiberglass. I did not open the cover, but there is still fiberglass everywhere. I have asthma and now Im very concerned for my health. I contacted customer support and told them I do not want a replacement of the same mattress because of the horrible experience Im having with this one. Instead I requested a refund and she said to send videos of the damage to move forward in the process. The next day I get a notification they are sending a replacement of the same mattress despite telling them repeatedly I did not want the same mattress. I asked for a refund instead because it has only been a few months and now my health is at risk. A mattress shouldnt be a health hazard when its basically brand new. They didnt even offer to dispose of the defective mattress. I contacted customer support again to cancel the delivery, and they said its too late. I finally got through to a manager and she said shed have to get back to me after seeing the videos. I am beyond frustrated with this service. I live in a studio apartment so my entire home now has to be deep cleaned from fiberglass. This is beyond absurd, never buying anything from Ashley Furniture ever again.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

Our salesperson in *** ******, WI was Holly and she did a great job of walking us around the store, answering our questions, and showing us all of the things we were looking into purchasing. She was very patient with us and helped us look for quite a long time. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but so was her coworker Justin and her manager David. Honestly I am satisfied with the furniture and even with the delivery. It’s the salespeople, their lies, lack of follow up and follow through that I am rating them on. I lost EVERYTHING in Hurricane Ian, and when my condo finally had drywall again, I knew I could start furniture shopping. Before purchasing anything at Ashley, I made sure #1, could I schedule delivery 1-2 months post purchase? (I only had dry wall.) And #2 what was their price adjustment policy? I didn’t have to purchase anything right then, and could have waited for sales. I was told that if anything went on sale between the time of purchase and up to 14 days post delivery, all I had to do was call/email salesperson. Cue about 4 days post delivery and I see one mattress is close to $200 cheaper, night tables are $20 less, and I was actually over charged for bar stools as they were $100 each or $180 for 2 and I bought 4 and was charged $400! Not a sale price either, everyday price. So I email salesperson Gabriella, multiple times, no response. I call and am told she is busy or not in. I go into store and am told she is not in, but another person takes info and says she will get back to me. I call customer service multiple times to no avail. When I call to ask to speak to a manager, they look up my info and finally Gabriella gives a message that she is going to email me. Her email is that she can’t give me the credit (which she was sure she sent me months ago, must have had the wrong email- my name@gmail) bc it has been too long since my purchase date. I told her it has nothing to do with my purchase date per what she told me and the store’s policy (sent screenshot of said policy). Her reply was she would speak to manager. Crickets. Via customer service I finally get in touch w/ a manger who tells me to send him all emails and says he has someone working on it. Work reply to emails and “busy” if I try to call. Which neither is often. I’m a night nurse so I sleep days. This is beyond absurd!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. The sales woman at the store was nice enough, made our purchase quickly. They didn’t have the California king captain bed frame (lots of drawers and storage shelves all around) in stock so we had to wait two weeks. They insisted that we had to have it delivered, instead of picking it up ourselves and assembling it at home. My boyfriend and I both work in the labor field so we prefer to do things ourselves, so they’re done right. We were heavily persuaded into paying for delivery and installation and were assured of their “white glove guarantee”. On my boyfriends birthday we come home to the biggest disaster I have ever seen from a paid service. Not only was the bed frame damaged, it was installed so poorly we had to finish tightening screws ourselves and will have to unassemble a large portion of it due to packaging material left between the pieces before tightening it down. Two of the right drawers were left uninstalled and laying on a brand new rug so it had been smashed and creased in four spots. As if that isn’t bad enough, there was so much styrofoam and cardboard in the room I’m still finding pieces and that was two days ago. Our big TV that is mounted on the wall was slammed into and knocked crooked on the wall, there is fingerprints all over the edges of it. There was garbage and packing material under the bed. The frame was build on top of my new sheets on one of the corners that had been put far aside and out of the way on the floor. Drywall (that had just been muddled textured primed and painted by my bf and I personally) was damaged. They moved the mattress onto the bed (to hide the garbage under it) then set the drawers all over the sheets so there was dust and styrofoam all over them. I am appalled at the service and the lack of respect that was had for the space we just put so much time into. They were not sympathetic nor apologetic on the phone whatsoever. TERRIBLE!! After waiting 30 days from online purchase date, our dresser was delivered today. The delivery guys unloaded very quickly and left. There are ball bearings falling out of one drawer, the track fell off another and 2 other drawers don’t even close right!! There is a crack on the backside of the dresser and an extra piece of wood laying in a drawer that I’m not sure where it came from yet. Tulsa customer service was extremely rude but offered to swap it out HOWEVER it will be another 30 days before they are back in our area. I will never purchase from them again.
