Bought 2 bookshelves back in September of 2022 they apparently sent to me for free since they claim my payment wasnt successful and was just charged today without my permission 5 months later. No communication whatsoever on either transaction and they had no answers to why this happened. Safe to say this company sucks. And Ill never be back or recommend them to anyone. I bought a set of sofa recliners from Ashleys furniture in ******* Ca. The couches are way too stiff and uncomfortable. I called and talked to the manager and they told me to figure it out on my own. I also purchased the warranty. Dont buy furniture from them they have very bad customer service and are very rude.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

Guys, this company is literally scamming me…. I bought a couch on January 21st on the Venice location and I had the 7th of February as a delivery date and they never delivered it because they put my order in a financial hold. That financial hold comes from another purchase ( a table 2 chairs and a bench) I did on another Ashley location (Broadway) and they decided to charge me for 2 tables instead of one. I ONIY GOT ONE TABLE. Then someone from the Broadway location went into the system and took money from one invoice to another to cover whatever mistake they did and I am paying the price. I PAID MY COUCH IN FULL WHY CANT I GET MY PRODUCT????? I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND WALKING IN STORE FOR almost 3 weeks to solve this issue BECAUSE I LIVE THE COUCH AND I WANTE IT BUT no one is helping me… I had to call my bank and dispute the charge NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUISNESSAshley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them negative stars if I could. Paid $199 for delivery and setup. The delivery "technicians" showed up stoned out of their minds and filled my entire home with the smell of marijuana. The bed was assembled incompletely, missing a support leg under the slats. The "technicians" only put 4 screws in the slats, and stole the remaining 24 screws (that I paid for) when they left, presumably so I wouldn't know they weren't doing their job correctly (that I also paid for). Called the Indian call center for customer support. The untrained CSR that set up a "service call" for me the next day refused to give me a time frame of their arrival, and simply said "morning time" before quickly running thru the rest of her memorized script and hanging up on me. I drove to the nearest Ashley Home store outlet that evening. Waited for 45 minutes for the store manager to blow me off and claim to be a 3rd party franchise. Couldn't be bothered to help at all. "Morning time" came and went. I called the Indian call center back at 1pm, sat on hold for 30 mins. This new CSR explained that I will have to wait another 72 hours for a new service technician to contact me. At this point I requested a refund of my $199 delivery/setup fee, as I paid for both those services, and not only did I not receive them, but the delivery/setup "technician" stole my property when he left. I was transferred to his supervisor in the call center, who refused my refund. I was told that the call center is ALSO a 3rd party franchise and there's nobody they can transfer me to. When I asked for a number to the corporate Ashley Furniture, they gave me the same number to the call center that I had just called. There is no way to actually get in contact with Ashley Homestore itself at all. The only customer service path leads to this 3rd party franchise in India. They will not give you any info on how to contact the company that took your money.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

We purchased a Dining room set, a single living room chair and a four-piece sofa set. One of the sofa's had a tear in the material. Ashley sent an inspector out after we asked for a new replacement of that piece and had sent in a photo of the damage. They said they would come back and sew it together and NOT replace the sofa piece. I tried to explain that I paid for a new undamaged sofa and di not want a repaired sofa. They refused! We are quite disappointed with our sectional couch. Our corner piece had to be replaced due to missing hardware for connection, our loveseat end recliner has bent hardware on the footrest causing to not close or open properly, and the stitching is weak around different areas of the couch including under the footrests. Ashley used to known for their quality but this purchase definitely does not represent this. And our couch is only a year old. We are already looking to replace this one and the customer service has not been helpful in resolving our issues.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

I have bought over $5000 worth of junk from Ashley furniture store. Poor customer service. I bought a 6 drawer chest that was defective very poorly made as well as the recliner. I requested a new one and it took 6 delivery to get the right 6 drawer dresser. It took over 3 months to match the chest drawers. 3 were defective and the other 2 were completely the wrong item. But again poorly made. Coloring is horrible and cheap material. THINK twice before you buy anything from them. JUNK! Very poor quality of material. Buyer beware! They're not even willing to compensate you correctly for their constant mistakes. Also watch out for the sales person and prices they will tell you one thing and it's actually another price be very careful. I find the sale person I work with to be very dishonest. You could be cheated if you're not on it. Make sure you check your sale receipts before you make your final purchase. You think you're getting a good deal but you're not. I will never ever buy from Ashley's furniture store again. I will make sure my friends and family are aware of how they handle their affair when it comes to a customer who has been wrongly done more than once. Just bought recycler and couch from Ashley Furniture in ********* Finley it was delivered on about three days four days later the couch was new box. The recliner was not, and they unloaded it put it in the house and I was there and left a sign the paperwork I’m sitting in the recliner open up the arm door, remote to the TV to the Internet and headsets in recliner, this recliner is used that I pay brand new price for they will not do nothing but give me a run around on the phone. They don’t honor their stuff has changed so beware Ashley’s not Ashley no more they’re scammers they don’t honor their product. Very dissatisfied.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge

Worst experience ever! We ordered a sofa and Loveseat from Ashley store in Sarasota and it was delivered on Dec. 8th. The love had a defect in the fabric. the delivery guy took a picture and was going to follow up with the store. Didn't happen! I was then instructed by customer care to take pictures and submit them which I did but customer care said they need 7pictures(should have told me the first time). Called my sales rep and he said this was Ashley's procedure, when all they had to do was give me a replacement cushion. It has been three weeks and I never heard anything. Called the 800 number on my claim and the system directed me to the Ashley store in Port Charlotte(WHICH IS CLOSED!). Finally got someone in customer service and they said they were sending a technical out on Jan 6.(no one notified me of this!) to inspect the defect(why have me send pictures?) their whole customer service system is the worst ever. I should have refused delivery of the love seat. I tried a number of times unsuccessfully to talk to the store manager. I would never recommend this store their system and customer service is awful! Jan 24th update I was supposed to get a call bout the afternoon delivery of the 24th received no call or anything. After waiting on the phone over 25minutes for a store manager I called the customer service # and found out the sofa cushion hadn't arrived at the warehouse. the delivery will need to be rescheduled when the cushion arrives at the warehouse. I ordered a mattress and ordered previous mattress pick up online, I was not told I needed a SPECIAL bag to put it in for it to be picked up. Rude delivery man said flat out no to taking it, said it needed a SPECIAL bag. I said if it was an online order and the order did not specify a SPECIAL BAG or send me one, how was that going to happen. I offered to wrap in plastic wrap or put in construction trash bags, he huffed, said no and walked away. I contacted the help dept. 4 times, each time told they were sorry someone would call to schedule pickup from 48-72 hours, a month later and 4 exact interactions later with them, still nothing. Then I call today and they say no, I said I selected the service, why would you not, they said I would have needed to wrap it in plastic, I said I thought I needed a special bag and that I offered to plastic wrap it and was denied. They said my only option was to donate (NO ONE TAKES USED MATTRESS FOR DONATION!) or dipose (local junk guy costs 100 for mattress removal). So I order online and need a magical special bag to put a mattress in that customer is not told when ordering the previous mattress pick up, and they must eat the cost of the pickup as well as pay for a reali life pick up. I was lied to on four different occasions, I was patient and kind, and finally they say no we can not help you with what you ordered, but of course no refund. TERRIBLE people, terrible character, terrible policy, I deserve better than that as I spend thousands with them.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Rockledge
