      We just bought our first house and ordered our dining table from Ashley furniture in order to host Christmas with our extended family. This is our first time buying from Ashley and its been a pretty terrible. Our delivery guy must have dropped our box because it was delivered crunched, and when we opened it, one corner of our table is mangled. We waited weeks for the table to arrive and it was such a bummer to open a broken table. I contacted customer service and they had me send over photos. They let me know that a technician would contact me soon, but that never happened. I called back a few days later to make sure a technician was coming, and they scheduled my technician to come out today, Monday. I took off of work today to be here for the technician to inspect my table and they never arrived. I called Ashley for a third time for clarity, and they told me that their technician office is closed on Monday. What the heck?? My customer service provider let me know that a new technician should call within ***** hours. At this point a giant broken table has been sitting in the middle of my living room floor for days and I dont actually have any trust that someone will come to fix it. I know at this point I probably wont be getting a new table in time for the holiday so our Christmas plans of having grandparents over to celebrate a milestone are dashed. Thousands of dollars spent on this order that I wish I could take elsewhere.

      I bought my furniture on 03/15/20 at the Ashley store, On 11/28 I went to the Ashley store since I sent an email as always I had done it to ********* customer service and they gave me the service on my furniture since they were in agreement, now ********* closed its stores and for that reason I went to the Ashley store to request service (claim) on my furniture, Miss ***** ***** gave me information and sent me an email, I sent all the information they asked for, another person called me to ask for more information, after that several more people sent me emails requesting the same information that I gave them from the beginning, each one separately asked me for the same information (they do not have any coordination or records of the clients' purchases) they told me that I needed the original purchase order because they did not have that information !! In the end, after so many days and me trying to contact them by phone which was impossible, every time I called them the computer told me that they were already closed when at the time I was calling they should be open. I called at 3:30 pm and according to them they were closed (they close at 4:30). In the end they sent me an email telling me that my furniture is not part of their inventory, how can they say that? I sent them another email days ago telling them this. That I made my purchase there and they still haven't answered me. They don't want to take responsibility. Once again I bought my furniture at Ashley and Samlevitz, they provided me with repair and replacement services due to the agreement they had as companies. I am reporting the room, the table and a chair, I paid for insurance and now they refuse to provide the service.Ashley ************

      On Nov. 22, 2024, We ordered and paid for a coffee table. Order # **********. Though there were 3 displayed on the sales floor (and still are), we were told company policy is to deliver. We were not allowed to take the paid for product with us. The estimated delivery date given was 7-10 days. Per numerous phone calls to ***************** we were promised a delivery date of Dec 10, 2024. The item was not delivered as promised on 12-10-24, so my husband went to the location and was told it was now on back order and they had ***************************** the same position. The coffee table is still being displayed on the sales floor and they refused us to take one with us. They now give us and estimated delivery of Dec 30.I think this is a scam! They are accepted money from people, promising a delivery and then nothing happens. Twenty two people paying $300 each is quite a lot of money! I feel they are using our money for free for the month, and I no longer trust the Dec 30 delivery.

      No, this issue has not been resolved. We received damaged merchandise on Thursday, Dec 26th and have notified Ashley Homestore as well as ****** but as of today have received no response or directions for returning or replacing the table with the broken leg.

      10/22/2024-My husband and I/ ordered a bunk bed and mattresses for our two sons. We paid in full and up front for everything Totaling $810.45. We were told our delivery date would be 11/06/2024. On November 5, 2024, I received confirmation for the order delivery via email that I would get my order 11/06/2024. However, on that day, I received nothing. I called Ashley furniture and was told the delivery date was now 11/16/2024. I asked why there was no communication to me. They apologized and said that was the new delivery date. I went down to the store where I ordered from and was told that they tried to contact me and left me a message. I told them I never received communication. We patiently waited for 11/16/2024. On that day, they came. However, when they pulled the bed out the truck, part of the frame was cracked. Therefore, we rejected the bed and accepted the mattresses. Ashley furniture called me and told me I would get a new delivery date within ***** hours. I got an email from ****** *. with case management advising that my new delivery date would be December 3. December 3 comes and in their attempt to deliver, they discovered that once again, a portion of the bed panel was cracked. Therefore we had to reject it again. Ashley furniture called me again and told me I would get a call within ***** hours on the new delivery date. I told them that I was concerned because we would be leaving to go out of town from December *****. I went down to Ashley furniture and was told they would put it in the system to make sure that they check the furniture prior to delivery to make sure it was not broke. Im thinking, soooo, dont check to make sure your furniture is not broken. That should be a basic standard check regardless. Its Thursday, December 5, 2024 and I still have not received a call from Ashley. I want a full refund for the bed and assembly/delivery as they have failed to deliver for the third time technically. I will take my business elsewhere.

      I bought a Purple mattress from an authorized purple dealer. It is defective, ************** said it has to be covered by ******, but Ashley said my warranty is Voided since I moved. I dont understand what moving has to do with a mattress defect. No one will help me with this defective mattress.

      The tech came out and noticed an obvious indent on the mattresses. ****** refuses to acknowledge the defect saying it is not over an inch. 

      Also Purple had a 100 day satisfaction guarantee but since I bought the mattress from a 3rd party this doesnt apply? Why? Its still a purple mattress and every time I ask ****** for help and tell them Im not satisfied with my sleep, they just say sorry. The time frame has already passed but only because ****** is quick to reject my concerns. 
      purple says if its not over 1 inch they wont help with warranty but they say they will work with us to find a mattress that works for me. Why cant ****** be held to the same standards? If they are a third party, they are contracted with purple and the same rules should apply. 
      I am very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the purple mattress. The price I paid is for a forever happy mattress costumer which I am not. I just want a good nights sleep.

      I purchased a bedroom set on 11-7-24. It took two more deliveries before we received the correct side rails. The driver who delivered the headboard damaged the headboard and threw stuff around during the delivery. We discovered that both dressers have issues with the drawer closing properly. We have reached out to company to try and resolve and we have gotten nowhere. I filed a complaint against the driver and have heard nothing. I have sent pictures of the damage and have heard nothing. I can't get anyone to get someone to come out and fix it? This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received!

      I FINALLY was able to get someone out to look at our bedroom set. Your call center over seas is VERY difficult to work with and to understand. Twice, people were sent to a wrong address? I have had to explain my issue and send pictures to four different people? Every time I got a call, I had to explain everything all over again. The headboard was repaired but it's not in perfect condition like I payed for. Both dressers had multiple drawers that would not close properly and they had to remove all the hardware? This is not acceptable! Then, they had to order new parts and send them here....and then I have to call them when I receive them and wait another week before someone can come out? This is not acceptable. With all the extra deliveries and the time waiting for them to get here, then they send them to the wrong address, we have to wait the entire day for the delivery and it has caused multiple problems for us... At this time I feel that we need to be compensated for all the time and energy that we have spent on this. Whole days where we couldn't leave because your deliveries didn't't hit the correct time frame. We paid $4000 for this set and I believe that we are due to receive a good size credit to make this right. I do not believe that we have been treated fairly. I will wait to see what if you you even really care how your customers are being treated!

      I purchased multiple pieces of furniture from this location. I also purchased the 5 year warranty for my furniture. I had issues from the drawers not closing properly, and the bed rails cracking. Ashley replaced 1 bed rail , but not the other. Within the first year of purchased. They never fixed the drawers or the other bed rail. I contacted the warranty company they would not replaced the broken pieces. They said that I would have to contact the store so I did again the store told me I would have to contact the warranty company. So it's been 4 months and it's not resolved. I requested that the warranty be cancel do to not fixing the issue. I honestly just want the bed replaced and a refund for all the warranty that I purchased. I also submitted all the photos to the warranty company and ashley furniture regarding this issue.

      I have purchased furniture several times from this store. I purchased the extended warranty. The sales agent told me it would cover the furniture for 5 years no matter the damage or cause. I called to file a damage claim and it was denied. I called the store because they told me if there were any issues with my claim to just call because they have had problems with the insurance company in the past and had in fact changed companies. I left several messages (4 total) and was assured the manager would call me back. They never did. I was scammed into a warranty that would have never covered my purchase. I want the damaged furniture replaced as the warranty stated.

      I contacted the BBB due to Ashley repeatedly assuring me that they would take care of me and get back to me addressing my concerns. I was repeatedly let down by the lack of communication. Even after the BBB contacted Ashley and told the bbb that they would contact me, I have received zero communication from Ashley. This was my first step to resolving the issue after contacting the store directly multiple times. Please respond to the BBB and myself promptly. As a long time customer, I deserve it.

Upon receiving your concerns, our  records show that Ashley Furniture approved a one-time courtesy replacement for the table on 9/02/2020, even though the claim was determined to be due to an external factor not covered under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. Additionally, you filed a BBB complaint in 2020, and our customer service department, along with the BBB specialists, informed you that the item was outside of warranty, and a $175 gift card was offered as a courtesy. Since the replacement in 2020, no defects were reported until 4/12/2024. At this time, Ashley Furniture has exhausted all available options and will not be able to assist with any new complaints. While we understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, please know that we have thoroughly reviewed the matter, and we will consider it closed.

Ashley continues to to practice unscrupulous business. This case is not resolved.

      I bought a living room set on 12/5/21 and when I did they offered me a 5 year warranty on any tears, stains or anything else that could happen. Well my couches started to rip in various locations and even started to sag. I tried filing a claim with the warranty company in July and they denied me saying that they don't cover tears. So I went back to the original store where I made the purchase and the told me that they were having a lot of issues with that warranty company and have since changed providers but that my warranty policy would automatically transfer over and they even opened a new case for me and told me a technician would contact me shortly. They never did. So I went back again to inquire and they said that they were waiting for parts to be brought in and that a technician would contact us within two weeks. That was almost a month ago and still nothing.

      I have attempted to contact Ashley furniture numerous times now for assistance. I requested a supervisor and was told that they would call me within ***** hours. I did not receive a phone call. I then contacted Ashley Furniture again via chat as I never received a phone call. I was then told to wait another ***** hours for the business team to contact me. The salesperson at Ashley Furniture put my email address as ********** This is clearly not a real email address. I asked that I be contacted and provided my accurate phone number and email address and I have not heard anything.
