      My salesman was great, gave us space and answered all of our questions. We had our eyes on a cali king bed frame on the website. We went to the show room to look at it and it wasn’t what we expected. The salesman gave us a no pressure feeling to meander around and we found one that fits our budget. All said and done the bed is in our room and we really like it. There are a few things about the quality of the storage drawers one doesn’t fit like it should. It scrapes the bottom part of the bed to the point we have to slightly lift the drawer up to seat it all the way in. It was also delivered with a small defect on the foot board. Looks to be from wear during transport.

      I Unfortunately and Unwillingly have to give them a 1 star but even zero stars will not rectify the severity of this issue.
      Ashley furniture as a whole is definitely the wrong furniture anyone should be buying or trying to buy. My experience has been nothing but hassle. Returns, replaced, original sale was over charged by $1000.00. I have spoke to countless nobody's, countless call center individuals that speak extremely broken English (but we as Americans need to
      have sympathy) that can't transfer you to management nor corporate because there's no such thing as well as NOT fulfilling my call. Anything to get me off the phone. Anyway...long story short..DO NOT BUY ANY BEDS...their dimensions are off by 3 inches all the way around, agreed to by their reps and store manager, over charged from get go and then told a certain amount of dollars was being refunded that never happened as well as my furniture I bought at the same time has motor issues as well as one of the recliners back piece doesn't sit properly. They're ready for the sale but will not assist you any further. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE/STORE!! This matter is not done being handled as I am and will take this VERY publicly as well as they WILL be speaking g to my attorney. I would go through ****** before I purchased Anything from Ashley EVER again!! I will also be sure ALL of my social media platforms, friends & family know about this.
      Maybe Ashley will wise up and respond to this BEFORE it gets any worse and I'm already on it....

      My sales person Bob ******* was wonderful, he took time with me to find what I needed and to understand everything about my financing.. I kept switching which furniture I wanted to buy for my bedroom set and he was patient with me and helped me through the whole process. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a furniture store.

      Poor quality. Bought a kitchen table and there is a large gap in the middle when the extension is in. Extension is not the correct size.

      The store was very nice and laid out well. Janet was extremely helpful and patient while we decided on what we wanted. Will definitely buy from again.

      I ordered a dining table. The item is requested to be delivered to my home was not delivered completely. I rejected the order and I asked for them to rectify it. No communication whatsoever, so I proceeded to ask to cancel my order. 4 different times I have requested for cancel order. The last time I spoke to someone they assured me my credit card was getting credited. I saw the pending transaction on my credit card for 2 days. I followed up.to see if the account was credited. The transaction has now fully gone through now. And I have no dining table. I have been charged for something I dont have. Are you kidding me!!! Ashley really just trying to rob me!?!

      On May 29, 2025, my elderly grandmother and I purchased a mattress from this Ashley Furniture store (******** * *******) location. Before purchasing, I made it explicitly clear to the Sales Representative, Omar ******, that I would only consider buying a mattress if it included a sleep trial or comfort guarantee. He assured me it did, so we moved forward with the sale. After the mattress was delivered, I learned less than 24 hours later that no such guarantee exists, and that this location does not offer sleep trials on Ashley brand mattresses. I/we had been blatantly lied to. When I attempted to contact the store, it took multiple attempts before someone finally answered. I spoke to a woman identifying herself as “Vivian”, the Customer Service Manager. She was rude, dismissive, could care less that her co-worker is being justifiably called out being called out for blatantly lying to make a sale, and gaslit me throughout every call I made (with difficulty) to build a case. Vivian gave me the name of her supervisor, “Dave ******,” claiming he would reach out within 48-72 hours. At first, she condescendingly retorted that "What she's saying to me he will just repeat", I cut her off and said I could care less - let him tell me "the same thing" with his own mouth. Given the dishonesty already demonstrated, I in no way trusted that follow-up would happen nor be handled fairly. And of course, now a week later I have not been contacted by anyone. After further investigation; blatant lies, deceit, incompetence, and evasion of accountability seem to be the norm for this location. Even after issues are escalated, they go as far to leave BBB and ** ******** ******* complaints unattended. I am requesting a full resolution in the form of a return or refund, but it's clear such a request will remain unfulfilled. Regardless, I will continue to escalate this matter and warn other consumers about the unethical practices at this store.

      Purchased their leather furniture set. And after only two months, leather is starting to lose color and the furniture is sagging. Ashley furniture did absolutely nothing. We are stuck with this furniture. They told us it was their top of the line. Hard to believe after two months, the furniture would be sagging. Stay away from them do not purchase anything from them.
