      If I could I would give nothing or negative I would. Buying and delivery no problem they had my money at that point. I bought a couch loved it on 4/6/2024. By 3/22/2025 I am calling the warranty bc the chaise base broke and the cushion has a dip in the middle plus the chair cover zipper broke. On 4/1/2025 I get an email that says in 2-4 weeks the parts will be there.( started the claim on 3/22/2025)Never came and it is 6/8/2025 I have been sent to two different stores to pick up parts only to find out they never do that. At the store I tried to get help but they couldnt. Someone told me they sent an email to three managers and I would get a call back waited three days never happened. I called today and finally got somewhere, so we will see if this works out not hopeful. I will never buy nor tell anyone to buy from Ashley since this is the worse customer experience I have had. Clearly their quality isnt very good I got a couch from ***** **** and it lasted 10 years before it broke.

      My husband and I found a bedroom set online we liked. We went in to the store to see it, and they did not have one to show us. We decided to order the set and did so at the store. Paid for it and left. It was delivered and we were not happy with the quality. 18 hours after delivery we called for a refund/return and were denied. All sales are final, they said. The salesman should have told you-he did not. We should have sent it back with the delivery driver-who didnt speak English and could not have told us this. Nor is he customer service. Terrible customer service, no communication, took our money and ran. Do not trust this company or buy anything from them. We were willing to take a store credit and spend more money for a better quality set.

      Very untrustworthy company. My wife, an 89 year old with disability and other issues , was conned by an Ashley salesman, posing as an expert on back issues, into purchasing a chair he assured her would relieve her back problems. He had her sign a sales agreement and put it in a stack of other papers he handed her. After giving it a good try, she found she was not able to use the chair. Upon trying to return it we learned that all sales at Ashley are final. We were never told this before signing. We should at least have been forwarned of their no return policy.

      Bought a couch from Ashleys Rockford Ill they delivered the couch alright arm was broke we called within the hour was lied to over and over was told they would make it right was us sent videos talked too them everyday for a month not nothing was done. We spent good money on the living room set to get a broken couch arm very expensive furniture to be lied too and ripped off! Need help getting this done right way!

      We just canceled our huge order from Ashley's in **********, **** If you do shop there look for unexpected charges on your bill, separate from their delivery fee. The manager at this specific location did not have the means to address our concerns today, so everything was canceled.

      Because of their terrible F- up and their workers not knowing how to do their job correctly, Im having to fight with a collection agency over furniture Ive ALREADY PAID OFF and have IN WRITING that its been paid, but they want to just take more money. Seriously would rather sit on my dang floor than buy another thing from them! Terrible place.

      I bought a Casper mattress from Ashley Furniture. ****** had a 100 days to try out their mattress. I have back pain when I get up in the morning. I called Casper because that is what Ashley states if you have a problem with a product. ****** said it is returnable but asked that I contact Ashley. Ashley return policy is different and they do not honor the manufacturers warranty. They said they might consider the return because it is in the manufacturers warranty but I have to pay a return cost. Never will I deal with Ashley. Buy directly for warranty and quality assurance.

      We bought a bed frame last year from Ashley. The delivery occurred over a month later. I notice there was damage on multiple parts of the bed frame soon after set up. Some issues were due to poor quality during manufacturing and other damage occurred after at some point. We reported this and was told that a whole new bed frame would have to be delivered. A delivery attempt was made within the next week or so. The bed frame foot board was damaged so I declined to take it. A redelivery was scheduled again and they brought back the exact same damaged foot board on the "new" set two days later! At this point we realized that Ashley was disrespecting us, so I accepted that bed frame from the last redelivery attempt b/c it looked the best. They would only take $60 off our bill and would not let me speak to management. We took our complaint higher up and was given $300 in-store credit that we were not able to use on the first order.Six months later we bought two lamps. I was informed that I would receive them via ********* within two weeks or less b/c they were not manufactured by Ashley. Here we are a month later and received the delivery of the two lamps. I was hopeful...but in the end I saw that both lamps had paint flaking and one had splatters of paint where it should not have been and the cord was sliced. I was going to deal with it and repaint myself until I saw the damaged cord.Reluctantly, I reported the issue to Ashley knowing how this was going to play out and found that the woman who took my call was rude which was even more upsetting. While they will likely replace it within the next 3 weeks, it's not worth it to ever buy from Ashley again. They're not respectful of our time and I truly believe that this company makes so much money now that they don't need to try their best to provide top notch service to every customer. We are only account and order numbers, and they only seem to care about the money they can get out of us before we learn the truth.

      had to pick 1, but the product and service is well below 0.I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. We purchased **** and it was delivered in January. After a week the sofa was defective. Since then, we have been struggling to get a resolution. Our ordeal began a month after receiving the sofa. Despite numerous calls with customer service, nothing has been resolved.The lack of communication has been particularly frustrating. We've been promised callbacks that never happened, and we were scheduled for service visits that didn't occur. To make matters worse, the first claim we filed was lost, forcing us to fill out another one.We have spoken to several representatives and even went back to the store, we bought the sofa from, and spoke to a manager that basically said it is what it is. ***************, **. It seems like no one takes out concerns seriously. It feels like we are being ignored, and our issues have been brushed off.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture.We started the 2nd claim on March 2nd, and not one thing has been resolved.I expect a call back from management.Order number is 076F080807 and the ticket number is ******

      24 Hour return policy unreal Most uncomfortable stuff I ever had again 24hour return policy People dont buy this furniture if you do you will hate it Please dont do business with these people
