    11/04/2024 at 10:30. man/white truck "My dad bought refrigerator you sold and said if we had a job with left over product to stop/give you a deal on this driveway" I ask how much? He said $2000. He said this would cover in front of garage & MAYBE to yard tree in driveway. He stated I can call my ************ here now.I said I need to talk to bf but at work. He left he'd be back . When returned I said my bf felt kinda high Any lower? He said $35 yard & that a gift . From $40 yard first price ($2000quoted. I said ok. Figuring I was paying even less then $2000. Nothing in writing .no estimate. No contract. Signed absolutely nothing! On 11/5/2024 approximately 9:30 a.m. Work started. A **************** seem to put in a few hard hours work.I walked out & asked why coming all the way up drive? fella told me he only had enough left over product for in front of garage maybe to tree.******* say that there orders were the whole thing. stated It was not left over product but full new job.He still had to count(By the yd)Once ******* did that he came $9000. I said I do not have that money! I live on ************* I felt obligated withLeonard standing in my home with nothing written or even a contract or receipt to put $2500 on a **** I have. And $6500 on a Discover which is 18.9%interest $2000job. Ended up4 1/2 times that!It was not an intention to have this work done. I was scammed or fooled into thinking I was getting a deal. I have reached out to the company . I am expecting a return call. fact I did not know what company was doing this work. thought it was the guy who pulled in the *********************. I have no idea what I have out there. It's not concrete or asphalt. So I did not know what COMPANY. No contractual PRICE or Estimate to charge me .No receipt. Just taken advantage of. Not saying men did not work hard. Seemed they did & in rain.probably 930am- noon. I have all texts sent bf about guy coming and the offer. pictures of job.

    New black top that was installed, 3 weeks later is cracked and bubbling up. 3 months later still no communication from them. have been hung up on when trying to contact provider, or they just wont answer
