Worst company ever. Tried setting up a payment plan with them called several times with no call backs until it was too late. Then tried making the monthly payment their system was not accepting my card which means my card didn't like or it was scamming system. Plus the one lady I spoke with was very rude and other staff are just the same. They dont try to help at all. Plus they're going to garnish my check and take more than I make which is my whole check with 3 kids. They're ridiculous they should not be practicing or have their name on anything

Offered to pay in full what i owe for my original debt which is 672.02 because it’s all I can afford and need this to be resolved so I can move and start a new job. They have added on another 2,100 dollars to my original pay off amount. Why should I have to pay higher than what I owe. They purchased this debt and all debt at a discounted price and are making people pay for outrageous fees they add on. I want this resolved and am trying to make it right. This law firm came at me for 2 accounts that 1 was filed and settled through court (debt consolidation)and dismissed and the other was settled through bankruptcy. I have already made over $1,000 in payments before realizing and sent all.my court documents to their firm office supporting my case. I haven't heard back but I want to be paid back in full. Sent a letter stating I owed money for a debt that is not mine. Scamming people out of money. Sent dispute to their dispute email and it came back non-deliverable . I would think I would know if I owed a debt for over 5k plus they used my maiden name and I was married in the year the debt supposedly occurred.Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC

Was making payments on a loan I am sure I didn't take out. Was 5 days late and I was locked off from making anymore payments so Now with only 300 left to pay they are taking me to court to GARNISH my wages including double court costs, The initial court hearing I was there, but they weren't, the mediation I was there, and some ditz was on a phone mediation. Didn't answer my emails for weeks. Trying to settle it but they want to garnish my wages. I am filing for bankruptcy Beginning of May. We were arguing over 25 bucks to me that's a lot. They are the most money hungry company I have ever encountered. I had a debit that was sold. Ok they made me an offer be once I said I might take out a loan to pay them suddenly there was no deal. Really no stars They are scam artists trying to say i owe a debt that i never heard of and get a court Summons that i will go to and i will end up counter sueing them and the company they are representing i have called them multiple times and the only time they respond was when i threating to sue them back and call came up as potential spam so that tells you what they are not to metion when you google them all bad reviews and no pic of the lawyer and anything about him so i hope they show up cause they will lose and sued backDobberstein Law Firm, LLC
