1 starMia agreed on a payment plan to avoid the firm taking me to court. Then her supervisor vetoed the plan Mia agreed to with me. That is not a very good way of conducting busy

1 starIf I only had the option to leave ZERO stars - I would! Im so fed up with this company!They filed a claim for a garnishment against me when the debtor was already satisfied within my Chapter 128 debt amortization! My attorneys are filing a lawsuit against them! I cannot express my frustrations enough, and all I want now is my money back!Theyre a complete scammers!Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC

1 starThese guys are scamming money from via wage attachment. They will not give me (victim if their fraud) any information on who I owed money to. I've never received any form of phone call from them or any notice of anything and all of sudden right before the holidays these thieves have went to my job to garnish my check? ??? 1 starI am terminally ill and there was a judgement against me that this firm was handling. I had surgery the date of the court date and could not be present I called this law firm to reopen the case so I could be present to make arrangements and they totally disregarded me and wouldnt allow for me to speak with the attorney. 1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would. They don't understand the law period. Tried to clear up a 10 year old judgment that should have fell under my bankruptcy. They told me they just close the account not send letters to the court to satisfy the judgment and that it's my original attorneys responsibility. WRONG!! Every other debt company sent the proper forms to the courts to satisfy but them. Lazy and ridiculous! No wonder why they have such a low rating!! And YES I have a 10 year old account with them, knowing what ridiculous response they leave to all of these reviews.Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC

1 starThis company Dobberstein law firm has been a problem for my home. They are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of their clients ADT in **************** **. They have a bad (address) for a person who has a debt they are trying to collect. They have caused me embarrassment by coming to my home in *****r ** several times and I have told them over and over that no one by that name lives here and that I have no clue why someone would give my address. On Saturday September 09, 2023 they taped a court order to my Front door which is rude rude rude. The money that they are spending could be better put to use by finding the person correct address. I am very embarrassed for something that DO NOT belong to anyone at my home. How could your company think that it's okay to do something like taping a court order to the wrong home front door. 1 starThis company is fraudulent. I have never heard of this company until my employer received a fake legal document from this company to garnish my wages. I will be submitting a complaint to the attorney general’s office and CFPB regarding this company in violation with the FDCPA section 805, 806, 807, 808, and 812. I have never received any mail or letters from this company and have no idea who they are. Not to mention they’re stealing money from my payroll check bi-weekly at 20% when my salary is $35,000.Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC

1 starIf zero stars was possible I would. First the literally violate ********* Collection laws. They buy debts nothing on the dollars and collect add fees that are against federal and state laws. They have done mass lawsuits during *****. Oh and amazing I got paperwork after judgement was entered in their favor to the right address. Yet they didnt notified the court. 1 starThis is a law firm that handles litigation for Mariner Finance. They try to subtly mail you papers to show up in small claims court and if you miss it theyll try to garnish your wages. I showed up to the hearing prepared to submit a plan to pay my debt in full and to find out they rescheduled it for months later. I reached out to Mariner finance and they passed me back to this terrible law firm. They clearly are working together in using this as an intimidation technique for people who cant aford legal counsel and I called their bluff. Their firm has since yet to respond to my phone call that I placed the same day of the hearing.Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC

1 starGarnishment letter/order dated August 2021 sent to my job September 2022. Judgement was granted in their favor in 2018 during the pandemic. Never validated the debt when asked. They violate collection practice laws. Complaints filed with the CFPB and the WI Department of Financial Institutions. Didn't hear from the Dobberstein Law Firm for 5 years and now they are trying to collect on 2016 loan in the amount of $1,100 that was written off by the lender. This debt collection agency knowingly lets the interest add up on loans (that they have purchased for pennies on the dollar) and then gets a judgment in their favor to garnish people wages for thousands more. Court documents received from this agency are also questionable and may even look authentic. They pull the forms off of the court website and copy the court seal onto the documents. This pseudo law firm is an affront to the law and they have no moral compass.Dobberstein Law Firm, LLC
