I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Best Version Media (BVM), & I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. My business encountered a series of severe issues related to its advertising campaign, and I am convinced that their practices are unethical. Facebook & Instagram Ads: BVM's advertising campaign seemed to have triggered the suspension of my Facebook and Instagram accounts, both of which are managed through Meta Business Suite. I reached out to BVM to confirm the compliance of the ad copy I provided, and they confidently assured me that it adhered to community guidelines. Ad Content Concerns: -The ad they ran promoted a "metabolism reset/weight loss" program at my clinic, which spans over 10 weeks and includes health coaching. -Despite BVM's claim to have advertising experts ensuring compliance, the repercussions of their campaign suggest otherwise. Google Ads: As a direct result of BVM's campaign, I now face the possibility of permanent restrictions on using Google Ads for my ****** ****** ****** Google My Business account. Instagram Account: - My Instagram account, boasting over 26K+ followers, has become entirely inaccessible due to these issues, causing severe harm to my business. To clarify, this issue arose sometime after July 1st, 2023, and my numerous attempts to restore my Instagram account have been in vain. - Furthermore, despite my multiple attempts, I have been unable to cancel my contract with BVM. Over the past 30 months or so, I have received no return on investment (ROI) from my payments to BVM. Instead, I am now grappling with the damage inflicted on my small business's ability to advertise through social media channels. The practices of Best Version Media are utterly unacceptable, and I strongly caution others against associating with this company. Their disregard for their clients' well-being and their lack of accountability are beyond concerning. Please be aware and steer clear of BVM at all costs*************************, AHC.

Our team has worked with this client to find a fair resolution regarding their digital ad agreement. This is the first time our team has heard of the other issues detailed here. We manage thousands of successful *********************** for local businesses. Our family had a great experience with this company. The feature family process went so well and everything was streamlined and communicated perfectly. My husband and I have been ****************** residents in Lake County since early 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the "Tavares Neighbors" publication by mail. We've enjoyed the content and cover feature stories. We recall a previous edition that featured Mary Jane Easley, one of the Mission Inn Realtors that helped us with the purchase of our home. A few months ago, the feature store really caught my interest as it featured a couple that own a Lake Country wedding venue. With my long history in the wedding and event industry and a 40+ year shared story of passion for the Hospitality industry with my husband, I thought it would be fun to share our unique story. I submitted a request through the magazine and was contacted by Renee Garrison, Content Coordinator for Best Version Media. Renee was so personable, professional, and was such a delight to interview with. Haven't even gone to print and having issues with correspondence with the Graphic designer. Terrible design no response. Told me if they didn't hear from me by the 9th it would go to print. I messaged on the 7th and 8th no reply. If they print that ugly design and send it out I will ****Best Version Media, LLC

Read their reviews carefully. You'll notice that almost every positive review left for them is an individual or family who was featured in their magazine, or an individual who just a subscriber. Almost all of their reviews from business owners that have advertised with them is negative! This is because they use slimy sales tactics to pressure you into contracts that are up to 3 years long. They charge an ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS amount of money to advertise in PRINT in 2023. Before doing business with them, do your research. Ask ******* for the latest copy of the local magazine and give a few of the businesses advertising in it a call to see how advertising in the magazine has helped them.Best Version Media, LLC

After being lied to about the contract cancellation policy, being charged for months after I attempted to discontinue my ad, and then being sent to collections despite being the NON PAID photographer for this magazine for years, I cannot ever recommend this company again. Unethical, and just plain cruel. FYI - yes you families who are being featured get gorgeous photos for free; but these photographers arent paid unless you tip them or purchase images from them directly.Best Version Media, LLC

Photographers who work with our local teams have the opportunity to do a trade out for an advertisement in the magazine. In this situation, an agreement was made in addition to the photographer trade out. Our Publishers are trained to communicate all terms before the signing of ad agreements, and our clients also receive a copy via email after signing up.Review fromCaterina P
