My experience with writer and photographer Michele ***** for the August cover story of Sugarmill Woods Neighbors (**) was wonderful: enjoyable, affirming. engaging, and professional. It could not have been surpassed. Could there one day be an online link to the magazine to share with family and friends?

No no no no - do not do business with this company. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they have an incredible rep here in Asheville - but the quality of the actual advertisements were very poor and for some reason I could never (ever) get an actual copy of the mailer? I dont even know if it actually existed because I never saw a hard copy of what I was paying for past the first month. The return on investment was zero. I gave them 4 months notice that my business was closing due to covid and pleaded with them to work with me. But for over 12 months now my business has been in the process of closing due to covid and is now completely closed and I havent even done any business in Asheville since March of 2023. Am I supposed to file for bankruptcy for this one company??? I just dont get it - what is wrong with these people?Best Version Media, LLC

We worked with many businesses during the pandemic to find solutions during that challenging time. In the unfortunate instances of business closures, we simply ask for verification before cancelling any agreements. We offered to close our client's account once a payment was made for previously placed ads, but we never received the payment despite honoring our end of the agreement that was signed.Review fromMary N

Being a featured neighborhood story was such a fun and uplifting experience! The team was incredible! From the thoughtful and talented writing of Christina ********** and the beautiful photographs by the talented photographer, Jess ******, to the super well done publication itself, the entire experience was top notch!! We just love our Grand Haven Neighbors magazine, and all the local info it provides as well as a featured family each month. Being a featured family for September brought a lot of fun memories and pictures with our kids. We received nice compliments from people we didn’t know and those we did learned a little more about us. In summation, I'd like to thank Megan, Dan & Alex for presenting to me the opportunity of being featured on the front cover of Neighbors of Saucon & Center Valley in their October issue. The entire process was from my perspective...seamless. To the excellent communication between all parties involved, from Megan as the "go to", then following up with Dan who to me is an excellent writer for just interviewing me via cell phone, who was all inclusive in capturing my last 50+ years of sharing music here in the Lehigh Valley area. On equal footing was Alex who was creative and patient with me, exemplifying his unique talent...the man behind the "lens". My personal "kuddos" and thanks to all of forementioned in addition to the folks behind the scenes who helped complete this project. And of course, I would be remiss not extending thanks to Pam, our USPS carrier who delivered your magazine to each and every home in our neighborhood today. Thanks again, and Best Wishes to all.
