Honored to be asked, enjoyed the interview. The errors we caught were deadline crunch and avoidable given more time. The photographer was a delight as her family & the Langstaffs were first white families in the Rifle area - wow! Being featured on the cover of a magazine is supposed to be a moment of pride and excitement. While the photos were absolutely beautiful and captured us perfectly, the experience was overshadowed by a major oversightboth my name and my partner's name were consistently misspelled on the front cover and throughout the entire article. It was so embarrassing that I couldnt even bring myself to share the magazine or article with my friends or family. What should have been a celebratory moment became something I wanted to forget. I hope the magazine takes greater care in the future to ensure their features are accurate, as this kind of oversight truly diminishes the experience.Best Version Media, LLC

Don’t get scammed by Best Version Media. Their sales reps/owners tell you whatever they want so that you will sign the contract. The magazine be distributed to this many households to start and it will grow from there. The magazine hardly has any content, it’s all ads. Who wants to read a magazine with only ads? I was told I would get a copy of each publication, which hasn’t happened. The owner/sales rep can’t keep staff so is now the publisher and editor and the magazine looks like it was published by a 10 year old. For the amount of money I am paying, the magazine shouldn’t look so cheap with no content. This isn’t what was agreed upon. I have tried to resolve my issues directly with the owner/sales rep and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I messaged best version media directly on two occasions and have got zero response whatsoever. This company is taking in cash hand over fist, hires unqualified, lazy people who like to collect cash and not hold up their end of the bargain. Don’t get scammed by them!Best Version Media, LLC

Our publications boast an impressive open rate because we feature local families and businesses every month. When these concerns were brought to our attention, our team worked with this client and reached a fair solution.
