over priced and underdeliver. Shady cold calling technique in order to get you signed-up.**** NEVER recommend them to anyone and will stay far away as possible from them.Your credit card company will not be able to stop any payments on them as they are shady!I had to force a close on a credit card that I had open for 8+ years and a high limit in order to prevent them from charging again without delivering their "advertisement"Best Version Media, LLC

We work with tens of thousands of satisfied advertisers. Our growth is built upon honoring ad agreements and helping local businesses reach an ideal audience. In this situation, we offered our client ad size upgrades, and our local rep had no indication they were unhappy with the services provided. Signed up with these folks almost two years ago. They tell you to try them and if you get no customers after 6 months they will cancel the contract all the while talking about a 1 year contract at an amazing price. They bring their iPads (no papers as they say they are conserving the planet) and have you sign what you believe is a one year contract at a great price. A day or two later they send you through email a copy of a contract. I saw they had in very small letters 3 years on the contract. After immediately contacting them about that, the salesman/rep tell you don't worry and if you do not get any customers within 6 months you are still able to opt out. They claimed the only reason for the 3 year on the contract was to ensure the great price. Well after about 3 months I called them, left a message, and complained that I have not been receiving any copy of the magazine advertisement to my store (I wanted to see what was being printed and how the magazine looked). They then started placing the monthly copies under my door and finally mailing a copy to me. Meanwhile kept asking all the customers including my employees who live in the area if they receive the magazine and only once did someone recognize it. I became suspicious and voiced my concern by phone message. No reply back. Close to a year later I tried to contact their customer service by email several times and by phone while leaving messages in order to voice my concerns that after close to $6000 spent with them I did not receive a single customer. No replies except for a bill collector followed by a debt collector when I left a message that I was not paying them until customer service returns my call (they are wanting $11,000 worth of the remaining contract). Should have checked this company out on BBB before signing anything with them. After reading the reviews they seem to have figured out how to bait, hook and coerce their clients in a patterned way. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO.Best Version Media, LLC

All terms are clearly stated by our local reps before the signing of any ad agreements. Additionally, our clients immediately receive a copy of the agreement via email after signing up. Our local reps are trained not to promise how many customers will walk through the door. We offer branding solutions that aim to build loyalty and brand awareness over time rather than direct-response advertising tools that guarantee a return on investment.Review fromCory S

This is a company that fast talks you like a used car salesman when buying car. I had signed up with them for a one year contract thank goodness I did not sign up for their three year contract! to pay them $500.00 a month for a zero return investment is a bad way to run a business. To brag of thier direct to the house mailing success (ask for proof). When you try and reach out no response and the oiginal saleperson ghost you faster than they sell it! They tell you how you will be interviewed for thier exclusive front page is a lie!! When promised a copy every month of the publication again a lie because they dont print it! To take your money because you have to put a card on file (which had to change) to prevent them from aquiring more money for services they clearly do not perfom> BEWARE: READ the CONTRACT: unable to terminate by client is how they get you! They push for referals and promise to give reward for referals and never do! They justify things by saying again no proof of you got 25,000 impressions, impressions dont pay the bills!! This company is a farse at best! Name should be Worst Media Ever where we will only take your money and give no results and we dont care!! Please help in the effort to get this company shut down.Best Version Media, LLC

Branding campaigns require time and consistency to become successful. We do not offer direct response advertising services, and our local reps do not promise how many new customers will walk through the door. Unlike what is stated in this review, our local rep delivered magazines to our client and attempted to work with them to find a fair solution. Excellent publication, excellent organization. It is so hopeful to know that there are media outlets emphasizing the positive all around us.
