It was a pleasure working with the editor and staff for ********* ******. Our family’s story was related in a great way. Our children enjoyed the experience of taking the photographs as they were made to feel confident and comfortable. Our neighbors have appreciated having a magazine that brings the community together and are excited for the stories.Best Version Media, LLC

Zero stars. This company uses a lot of word of mouth promises from their sales representatives and then the fine print is that once youve signed the contract there is no getting out of the deal. I was taking photography for the magazine and paid $687 a month to them in addition to my services rendered. I was given an advertisement. The magazine wasnt operating under ethical standards I no longer wanted my business associated with them and asked for a cancellation. They found another photographer to shoot for them but are still charging me the same amount for the ad and wont let me out of it. Horrible business practice.Best Version Media, LLC

We greatly appreciate the photographers who work with our local publication teams each month. We have offered a fair solution to our client's situation, but unfortunately, our client has not been interested in moving forward. Advertising content is poor. Communication is poor. The contract is one sided and allows for no accountability of Best Version Media. If I could get out of the contract I would. Best Version is garbage.Best Version Media, LLC

Our family was so pleased to be featured in *********** **************** The editor, writer and photographer were all professional and easy to work with. The writer worked with us on the tone and direction of the article and we were happy to have the opportunity to purchase some of the photos. We got a tremendous reception from our neighbors with the magazine dropped. Overall, it was a 5 star experience.Best Version Media, LLC

I had them come by by office to discuss changing our arrangement to include more online advertising. At no point was a 3 year contract discussed. I have emails from the day after our meeting that point out that this was never discussed or shown at time of signing the credit card agreement. Promises were made to have a plan for expert contributor articles laid out for the following year and also to have my business on the cover of the magazine for a certain month issue. I would never recommend to work with this company.Best Version Media, LLC

We're disappointed to hear about our client's experience. Our local reps communicate all terms of ad agreements, and a copy of the agreement is delivered upon signing. We will look into this situation further to ensure our client has a better experience moving forward.
