Initially we were honored but unsure of what to expect. After my first interview with ***** my fears subsided and I knew that *** and BVM was a company I could trust. I would not hesitate to recommend them...they are ethical, professional and kind.

The format of ****** Living in highlighting neighbors and families is contributing to our sense of community making us feel that we all belong. In time we’ll have had the opportunity to read about everyone in ******. Denise ******, Mike ******, and Becky *** ***** are doing a great job making the process efficient and comfortable for those plagued with shyness. They produce a good product. Had a great experience with our feature! The editor Laura was amazing to work with and the photoshoot was so fun! My only complaint was we really wanted to purchase a few of the photos and I never heard back from the photographer. Otherwise amazing experience! Our company has been trying to stay afloat and had to cancel our costs that had not benefited the company at all. We asked Best Version Media, after paying thousands and no return, to please cancel the last year of the contract. This is the worst company I have worked with! *****Best Version Media, LLC

Our ****** Services team attempted to work with our client to lower advertising costs when they heard about this situation. Unfortunately, our client never agreed to the offered amendments and stopped making payments for their signed agreement.Review fromEric K

I love this magazine. When I called to see about putting an ad in, they were so friendly and gave our daughter a feature and their magazine. Its an amazing keepsake, and very well written.Best Version Media, LLC

I was approached to be a feature profile in Southeast **************************** and given a deadline for filling out a questionnaire. I spent a fair amount of time on the questionnaire and then providing some clarifying information and edits to a draft of the article. I also took a couple hours out of my day for a photo shoot, which was a fun opportunity, and spent time considering photos. All of this was painless except for the fact that, as a nonprofit executive director, I probably work 70 hours a week and haven't had a day off (including weekends) for more than a month, so I don't have much time to spare. The day of publication came and went. I emailed my contact at the magazine, and the email came back as undeliverable. I found out later the publication has been halted for an undisclosed period of time. No idea whether my article will be seen or what those 7 - 10 hours of my time were for. Hiccups are understandable. Communication from the publisher would have been nice. Just a "thanks for your time, things happened and we can't fulfill what we said was going to happen, but it doesn't mean we don't appreciate your help."Best Version Media, LLC

This was unfortunately the final edition of the magazine which led to the communication issues mentioned here. When we were initially approached about being the featured family of the month in ****************** Magazine, I felt very honored and a little apprehensive. Ann***************, with Best Version Media, did a wonderful job of making the process not only painless, but actually enjoyable. It ended up being a lot of fun.
