      Horrible doing business with these ppl. They have out of stock shoes in June. Summer doesn't start till 22June. No refund BUT they did cash the ceck, but said they didn't charge me. My bank b say different. Never mind the BBB. They do nothing. Writing the Attorney General. That's where i get real h e lp!!!

      I have been receiving the Maryland Square catalog for many years. I have very small feet (size 4) and this company always claimed we have hard to find sizes. For the past several years their catalog only has one or two shoes in my size, one of which I already own. Small feet need shoes too! I will discontinue getting this catalog.

      The company has some shipping problems. I received only part of the items I ordered. The tracking information is not actual or current. The company wants me to pay for items I did not receive. It causes credit problems for the consumer. Do not trust.

      Ive been receiving emails from a subsidiary of this company advising that they will be turning off my credit account with them. I dont have an account with them. Its a ruse to get me to open an account! I called to find out if my identity had been stolen but, after being transferred twice, I was told that there wasnt an account in my name, therefore the ruse. Im so disgusted. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

      Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for any miscommunication. We have several divisions under one parent company. If you have an open account with one division, you have pre-prepared accounts with our other division to ensure ease of opening other accounts. These secondary accounts are not open without your input. The secondary accounts are also closed if not utilized within a certain timeframe. The email your received was due to a secondary account getting close to this timeframe. Again, I do apologize for any confusion or concern this email caused you.       Mason Companies Incorporated added two payments with different separate dates to the same monthly statement. This way, one payment is lost and, therefore, delinquent LATE PAYMENT PENALTY FEES, are added to my credit account. NOT an error, but a deceptive way to obtain LATE PAYMENT PENALTY FEES from the Consumer.

      I purchased a pair of shoes in May 2024. The shoes did not fit, the very next day I took them to Fex Ex to ship them back to Mason Easy pay, well I recieved a bill for $32.82 for shipping them back to their company. So then I decide to pay for that shipping sticker (for my credit rating) Fast forward to today 7/22/2024 I get my mail out the mailbox to find another bill from this company. Im just baffled as to why i purchased a $60.00 pair of shoes then have to pay $32.85 to return them back to their company. This is pure extortion

      I bought a pair of shoes, but what came was not what I ordered. It was too hard to find a human to talk to. Finally, got a CSR who waived all return fees after much effort. Then the bills started coming. Very, very hard to reach a person. CSRs lied or gave wrong info, twice! Disconnected 4 CSRs later I finally got a supervisor who I no longer trusted after all the time, effort and aggravation. No shoes, even wrong ones, but a bill for $24 including fees, for them sending wrong stuff, hours and hassle of reaching them and explaining, never mind the anger from lies and absurdities from CSRs. Got supervisor finally who fixed the problem (whether its fixed remains to be seen). Never again! I feel as if I have been wrung through the wringer when all I did was order a pair of shoes in good faith. No one should be treated this way, but as extra, I am a disabled old woman battling an aggressive form of cancer, and had to waste my precious life begging to get my money back so I can buy a comfy pair of shoes. Never again from these crooks!

      I intended to place a shoe order with MasonEasyPay just today. Their order taker went through a series of steps to verify me as a previous customer. Everything was fine until she asked me for my Social Security #. That was a red flag to me, and I asked her what she needed that for. She responded with something stupid, and I told her that I WILL NOT give that to her. She then told me that she cannot take my order without my SS #. I then told her to forget it, and that I wanted to talk to her supervisor. Because it is Saturday, she told me I would have to call back on Monday........something I intend to do. This to me, is so out of line, and it makes me very suspicious that the ******* have something to do with this. This makes me very angry.

      I will never do business with the company something is wrong with the consumer service they have. and i had to give a star but they would get not one from me just sad very poor service.
