      Bought a $100 pair of shoes that ended up not even looking like the pictured shoes on the website. The box included a return shipping label with NO TRACKING, and no request to contact them to return, which I thought was very sketchy. They also want $9 to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me a different product than they represented in the photo. It took me a long time to chat with a customer service agent on their website and they were quite unhelpful. Do not shop here.

      Masseys return policy is disgusting, I sent a package back by FEDX which was received before the due date of my purchase, yet I still receive text messages I owe them. I called customer service they receive it on the 07/05/23. I was told that it could not be taken in effect until the 19th. I no longer will do business with this company.

      It's a shame that I have to give this company a minimum of One Star! In March, 2023, I received a bill from Stoneberry for an item called "Purchase - Thank You." I have never bought any Purchase - Thank Yous in my life. Even worse, I have never opened a Stoneberry account. In fact, I hadn't even heard of them until I got this random bill from them. Their Credit Department has failed twice to respond to mailed-in disputes as outlined in the Fair Credit Billing Act, following the procedures printed on the reverse of the bill. The third attempt to contact via the generic "Contact Us" link on their website DID result in a response; however, the representative expects me to take time off from my two jobs to engage in a phone conversation. This would be fine if I didn't take time off work, losing precious income, only to sit on hold and have my calls mysteriously disconnected every time. It is now mid-July, 2023, and the company STILL will not provide a description of the item I allegedly ordered, nor will they provide the shipping address this unknown product was sent to so I could provide that information to the authorities. Stoneberry somehow was perfectly able to open a fraudulent account in my name despite my credit being frozen through all three bureaus. The late fees and interest accruing over this time has exceeded 50% of the original bill. I would highly recommend AGAINST doing business with them, but it appears that you don't actually have to do business with them to get scammed, and you have no recourse through them whatsoever to fight fraudulent claims because they wish to remain uncommunicative. They won't even help you enough to get law enforcement involved.

      I discovered the wrong address prepopulated onto my order after the order was placed. There was nowhere I could change the address or cancel the order. I called the company and I was told they have no way to change the address nor can I cancel the order because it is processing. I asked how that is possible in this day and age and the woman just kept repeating herself.
      I am so sorry I didn't look them up on this site before I ordered.

      F Rating. I have been trying to cancel my Order but they put you on HOLD or transfer you and nobody answers. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. This company is a scam!!!!

      They "sell" shoes that they don't even have. I placed an order on Nov 17, 2022. When placing the order, the website showed that the shoes would ship 11/19/22. On 12/5/22, I called the company because when I checked the website for the order number, it showed that the shoes would ship 12/5/22. Once I received an individual, they advised oh the shoes ordered were in fact on backorder and they didn't know when or even if the shoes would ship. They offered no reason as to why they sold a product that they didn't even have, other than that is just the way that they do it and they don't find it necessary to inform the consumer that the product is in fact backordered and they may never receive the item.

      So I have a credit account in good standing, trying to order 1 thing that was $70.00. they kept canceling my order. when I questioned I get a generic email with them telling me to call a supervisor. Worst business ever

      I ordered a product from Amazon from this seller and realized that I had to cancel the order. I canceled the order and waited for a response from the seller (ShoeMall), which I never directly received. The next day, I called Amazon to be sure the order had been canceled the day before, who contacted the seller again for extra insurance to ensure the order was canceled. Two days after canceling the order (twice), The vendor sent an update stating that the item had shipped. After contacting FedEx, it was clear that ShoeMall had lied and that a label was created for the package but no carrier had picked it up so the item was not shipped. After being confronted about this discrepancy in information, ShoeMall doubled down and stated they would not be canceling the order or returning my money. Poor customer service is one thing, blatantly lying is another.

      THIS COMPLAIN IS FILED AGAINST MASON SUBSIDIARY SHOEMALL.COM - ORDER ******** THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH. MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND ***** DROPPED IT OFF AT THE WRONG HOUSE, EMAILED THEM BOTH PICTURES AS PROVE AND ASK THEM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH *****. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE A TRACER FORM FROM THEM, TO COMPLETE IT AND SEND IT BACK VIA US POSTAL SERVICE, ONCE THEY RECEIVE IT THE TRACER WILL FILED WITH *****, IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SHOWMALL TO DECIDE IF THEY SEND ME THE PRODUCTS AGAIN OR REFUND MY MONEY. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND GOING THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE MAKING IT WORST BY THIS UNREASONABLE DELAY IN ADDRESSING THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM THAT I DID NOT CREATE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I GIVE THEM A BIG ZERO RATING

      I received a package from STONEBERRY that I did not order. I called the company 9/13/22 and spoke to Matthew, who said that he was going to send an email for a return label, of which he did not do. I called again 9/12/22 and spoke with Erin, a supervisor and she immediately sent the email with the return label. I will be making a police report and I have frozen all three credit accounts. The label said to bill me and this company showed up on my my credit report 9/12/22.
