  They are doing a VOLUNTARY recall on Bowflex dumbbells! It should be a mandatory recall that forces BOWLFEX to replace the dumbbells--currently they are offering $60 reimbursement for $400 dumb. WHAT A JOKE!

  I purchased the 552 adjustable dumbbells for $400 from the Bowflex website. These dumbbells have been have been recalled and customers told to stop using them immediately due to safety concerns. Upon contacting the company I was offered a $90 voucher to be used as on their website towards future purchase. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never purchase anything from this company again and suggest others do the same.

  Their adjustable dumbbells have a recall and they refuse to offer a full refund. They are hiding behind the fact that some purchases were made from the bankrupt company. However, the company has the same name and same products, and refuse to take responsibility for flawed products.

  Like others, I was impacted by the recent Bowflex 552 adjustable dumbbell recall. I was surprised that they were only offering a pro-rated $60 voucher towards a future purchase on their site for an original purchase of $300 or more, rather than replacing the faulty units as one would expect under these circumstances.

  I am writing to report a concern regarding a safety recall for Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, which I purchased in January 2024 for $430. I was recently notified by the manufacturer of a serious safety issue, with instructions to “stop using the product immediately” due to injury risk. While I appreciate the company’s acknowledgment, I am concerned about the adequacy of their remedy. They offered a $125 voucher toward a newer model that also costs $430. This covers only a small portion of the original cost and requires significant additional spending to replace a defective, hazardous product. I specifically purchased a Bowflex product because I believed it to be high quality. I cannot believe how poorly they are treating their customers.

  I purchased the Bowflex dumbbells which are now recalled. I paid over $300 for them and are being offered a voucher of $20 that can only be spent on Bowflex products. This amount doesn’t even cover the cost to purchase a replacement product. DO NOT buy Bowflex products. They are clearly not safe if going through a safety recall nor do they care about the consumer. They just want to profit off of this recall and increase their sales. SCAM company!

  They recall a product, won't refund it, instead offers a "prorated rebate" that is only 25% of the original value, then you can only use it to buy more items from them. ****. Do not purchase from them or BowFlex.

  Purchased adjustable dumbbells on May 6 2023, now they have a recall., they offered me a third of what I paid for them originally and not even a cash credit just a voucher to purchase more Bowflex merchandise. This is a terrible business practice especially when item is purchased in good faith and I had no intent of returning item....
