We ordered and paid $2696.00 for an engine for my 2018 **** Escape 1.5 L. on 03/2025. The order number is ********* was received 3 weeks later by the mechanic we hired to install the engine. After the engine was installed, the mechanic said the engine didnt work. That it didnt have enough compression. We paid the mechanic $2500.00 for taking out the old engine and to install the refurbished engine. We paid this amount for nothing because the engine didnt work and now we will need to pay for another engine to be installed. We contacted SW Engines to tell them that the engine they sent didnt work after it was installed. SW asked for some pictures of parts of the vehicle and for a statement from the mechanic, which we sent to them by mail. They said they received the email. Since then, every time we try to call about the warranty, we are on hold for 45 minutes, then they say they will call us back but never do. This has happened at least 4 times.Business Response

The complainant purchased a used engine on 03/20/2025 and is requesting a refund.
The complainant purchased a used engine on 03/20/2025 and the order shipped on 04/03/2025. The complainant alleges that after the engine was installed it didnt work. The complainant did reach out to us, and a warranty claim was filed on 05/13/2025.
After further review, the complainant did submit documentation to us, but we did have follow-up questions for the complainants mechanic. We did reach out multiple times and left messages for the complainants mechanic to get in touch with us but after 8 times the warranty claim was closed, and the Free Warranty was voided as specific questions were not verified. Due to the warranty claim being voided the complainants request for a refund is not approved.
We do hope this closes the matter and please let us know if you need any further information from us.

I recently purchased an engine from SW Engines. Read some reviews and most seem like they were not too bad to deal with. I ordered a 4.8L V8 for a 2001 Lincoln Town Car sometime around March 1st 2025. Once the motor arrived and made it back from work, I went by the mechanic shop that was replacing the engine to discuss some concerns he had. Once I arrived the engine I was looking at, didn't look like the engine in the photo. My mechanic began to explain to me all the parts that would need to be replaced. I was under the impression that this would be a plug and play motor. I even recall asking that question before I made the purchase. I contacted SW Engines to see if I could get a refund. I have been getting the run around ever since. The lady April I spoke to keeps telling me to leave "my line open" she will get back to me and I never hear back. That is if I can get in touch with her. I understand if I have to pay a restocking fee. I want to return the engine. I do not see on their website where they do not except returns. My daughter will be driving this vehicle, and I want something I can trust. Not a rusted metal block. We have decided to go in a different direction instead of install this engine.Initial Complaint

I spent $2900 on a used Remann's Engines and the shipping was delayed 2 weeks and they tried to charge me for residential shipping which it wasn't. I let these issues go but I had to post here when I contacted them about the 5 year / 50K miles warranty and they said I was out of the 10 day registration period. I've had the engine for less than 2 months and they Never sent anything about how the extended warranty process worked so I contacted them today. They said "I regret to inform you that, as per the higher team, we can no longer assist you in activating your warranty since it is way beyond the 10 business days timeframe already for the warranty. activation" BTW the engine is running fine. I just don't have the warranty which is why I purchased from them in the 1st place. VERY DISAPPOINTED PS: I contacted them again asking for a Manager to contact me and I haven't heard backBusiness Response

The complainant ordered an engine on 12/19/2024 and is wanting the warranty with the purchase.
The complainant ordered an engine on 12/19/2024 and the order went out for delivery on 01/08/2025. The complainant alleges that they were unaware of how the warranty worked and did not know the Free Warranty needed to be activated within 10 days from delivery.
The specific sections of the Terms and Conditions state as follows:
12. The part must be installed AND warranty activated within 10 Business Days of delivery or the Free Warranty shall default to a 6 ************************ Warranty from the original date of purchase and installation for engines and 3 ************************ Warranty from the original date of purchase and installation for all other purchased parts.
All the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty are prominently listed here: ***************************************************
After review, it does clearly state on our website under our warranty page the Terms and Conditions of our Free Warranty. Our Free Warranty also states that the engine needs to be installed, and the Free Warranty activated within 10 days or the Free Warranty will be void. The complainant did agree to this with the purchase of the used engine. Since the complainant did not activate the Free Warranty within 10 days of delivery, the Free Warranty is void. The complainants request to activate the Free Warranty past the time frame because they unknowingly did not know the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty is not approved. We are happy to hear that the engine is running fine.
We do hope this closes the matter and please let us know if you need any further information from us.

This business, under the name SWENGINES, guaranteed me a used engine with less than ****** miles (that they claimed had been inspected, and pressure tested), for $1796.I received an engine with caked on dirt and oil that was nearly 1/4" thick in some places. Due to the guarantee that the engine had been inspected and tested, I paid $1200 to have it installed only to find out that it was seized/frozen and would not crank. After jumping through the many intricate hoops that they set in place to file a claim for a refund, and returning the bad engine, they alternated between ignoring me and giving me the runaround. They'd promise to call or email me with the date I could expect my refund but never would. Calls would conveniently drop in the middle of trying to resolve the issue and when I called back, the person I had been talking to just 1 minute prior was now out to lunch. After threatening to file complaints here, with the ********, and the ***** of Consumer Relations, they deposited $657 back into my account with no call, email, or explanation of any kind.Research on-line has revealed literally hundreds of other incidents just like mine. They routinely perpetrate fraud and take advantage of people with no concern about how the loss of this money could severely impact those they steal it from.I want a refund of the full amount I paid because they did not provide me with what was agreed to when I sent them my hard-earned money.I also want the $1200.00 that I wasted having my mechanic install an engine that this company knew was bad when they shipped it. The mechanic performed his service in good faith and deserved to be paid. It wasn't his fault that the engine was bad.Because of this company's immoral practices, I now have to incur this cost again once I find a trustworthy source to purchase another engine from. I should only have had to pay for this service once. The WI Secretary of State website lists Engine Shopper, LLC as dissolved since March of 2024.Business Response

The complainant purchased a used engine on 01/30/2025 and is requesting a refund plus installation costs.
The complainant purchased a used engine on 01/30/2025 and the engine shipped out on 07/08/2024. The Complainant alleges that the engine would not crank and was frozen. The complainant then reached out and had the engine shipped back to us.
After review, we inspected the engine and determined the engine was still in working order and we have been able to have the engine re-prepped and sold to a different customer with no known issues at this time. The complainant also opened a chargeback which is still open and ongoing. We are unable to issue any type of refund until the chargeback is closed and a decision processed.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is absolutely preposterous that SWENGINES would not communicate with us in any way regarding the status of the returned engine (and according to their own customer service department wouldn't reply to their inquiries either), and then claim that it was in running order and that they have conveniently sold it to another customer so that their claim cannot be investigated, nor confirmed.Equally ridiculous is their statement that they cannot issue our refund because we have opened a chargeback. This is 100% false.
They could easily and immediately return our money to us directly. In turn, we would reach out to our bank to advise them that the situation has been satisfactorily resolved, and the bank would then immediately close the chargeback.
I have read no less than five posts on line where SWENGINES reached out to other consumers who had opened chargebacks using the same lie they are trying to use here. In each of those cases, SWENGINES promised a full refund to the consumer once they closed the dispute.
In four of those cases, the consumers never heard back from SWENGINES.
Unfortunately for them, once you close a chargeback dispute, you cannot refile it for the same charge, so they were out of luck.
Fortunately for us, we read those accounts, and have confirmed with our bank that SWENGINES can easily still issue our refund while the chargeback is pending, so the chargeback will remain open.

We ordered an engine on 10/2/2024 and we were told once delivered (10/7/2024) we had 10 days to get it in or warranty was not valid, the engine was put in and we filed the warranty on 10/14/2024., the mileage was ******. we brought it to our regular mechanic who happens to be an ASE certified mechanic (per warranty stipulations)to get an oil change and because we could hear a slight noise, at that time the mileage was ******, less then 500 miles driven. He stated " Daignostics found that when cold the engine sounds somewhat normal with a slight clatter when running, but as Engine gets heat soaked and oil thins out, it starts making a knocking/clattering sound from lower end. Engine noise is loudest at ********* RPM under load or just revving in neutral. The frequency of the clatter/knocking is in sync with crankshaft speed which isolates it to lower part of engine. Engine heat tag on block is not red indicating engine has not overheated. The noise sounds to be piston slap or rod bearing noise, but engine disassembly will be needed to inspect internals. We performed oil change to check oil for metal and during draining it we can see metallic pieces in oil draining from oil pan from internal issue in engine.CORRECTION: Replace ***** with another GOOD known salvage *****. Since engine was just installed, the logical fix is to replace engine and not disassemble to avoid expense disassembly cost and diagnostics to just yield that car needs another engine." On 1/16/2025 we submitted a warranty claim, they asked for video of the engine noise we sent it, they asked for pics out of car we sent it.Everything they asked us for we did and they keep telling us the replacement is coming it has been almost 2 months. We have called, emailed, spoke to the manager *****(who told us to stop harassing him and hung up on us) we paid over $6000 on this engine and have gotten nothing but run around. We just want it replaced with a working engine!! Our mechanic is now charging us by the day!Customer Answer

We received a replacement engine, but since it took over 2 months to get it so our original mechanic does not want to put it in, that is our problem I get that, but part of the warranty is for labor on putting in the replacement engine, I have already paid out $1800 to put the original in and then paid $900 to the mechanic as a down payment to take the engine out and now another $1800 to another mechanic to put the engine in.I would like them to AT least reimburse us the $1800 from the original install. invoice is attachedPer SW engines website under warranty "SWE will reimburse the repairer up to $50.00 per hour for the repair of a part or assembly. Yes, they sent us a replacement engine almost 2 months later and after us having to call daily! If I calculated how much time I have had to put into this, between calling, emailing, filing this complaint, calling my mechanic and now searching for someone who will install an engine, it would have been at least 40 hours . Part of the warranty is supposed to be paying for the engine to be installed or at least reimbursement for the original engine being put in. Because of the bad engine and the time it took for them to replace it I have spent almost $5000, not even including the original engine!
1,800.00 **** original install
379.00 towing to **** when we where told the replacement would be delivered 2/10/25
286.00 towing back home after waiting for 2.5 months
236.08 heavies the engine diagnostic that ad to be done for the warranty
900.00 **** the down payment he wanted after waiting for a month for the replacement and him losing work because he dropped everything when he was told it would be there 2/10/25 and the old engine would be picked up 2/13/25
1,800.00 installaton to a new mechanic because our mechanic doesn't want to have anything to do with us after losing so much business and being "strung " along for almost 2 monthPer SW engines website under warranty "SWE will reimburse the repairer up to $50.00 per hour for the repair of a part or assembly. I would like to share the worst mistake I have made on 8/2/2025 I trusted the ************************************* World company I bought a transmission for my car I used my credit card to pay but here comes my nightmare they told me that the transmission was going to arrive between three business days and nothing ever arrived I called them and they told me it was already ready in their truck I asked them for a tracking number but the answer was we don't have one call us in two days I called again for several business days, and it was the same answer, your transmission is in the truck and we don't have any tracking number and I never received anything. I called again and wanted to contact the seller who I spoke to the first time when I bought the transmission, and it was impossible. They never answered my calls, they always sent me to the shipping *************** comes the robbery, be very careful with this company, they are thieves, scammers. I paid them $2045.00 for the transmission and shipping. When I saw that I never received anything, after several business weeks I decided to cancel my order, and I contacted my credit card, and they told me that they had only returned $1425.00.I contacted ************************************* World because they had charged me $620.00 dollars. They told me it was for shipping and restocking fees, but I told them that you never sent anything, and I never received anything. Their response was that we never sent anything, but you cancelled the order. Now you must pay. For shipping and restocking fees Now I have to pay my credit card balance of $620.00. Be very careful with these thieves. If anyone knows a lawyer or a way to file a lawsuit against them, please put it in the comments. Let's join all of us who have been robbed and file a lawsuit.Initial Complaint

On September 20, 2024 I purchased an engine from Quality Used Engines in ******, ********* through their website. This replacement engine was for my 2019 GMC Sierra ****** The cost was *******. I financed $5,000 through a company linked to their website. I spoke with someone in the parts department who told me my engine would be delivered in about a week. The company website advertises free shipping, 50k parts and labor warranty and a $500 core when you return your old engine. I asked the parts guy if I needed to have the old engine waiting when my replacement arrived, he say no, worry about that later. I had my engine delivered to my auto repair shop. It arrived just under two weeks later. The engine looked good but is not good. The intake manifold was filled with shards of metal. I immediately had to buy a new one. I tried to file a claim through the warranty only to find out that the warranty had to be registered and engine installed within 10 days of delivery or it was void. This act is nearly impossible unless you have a mechanic clear his calendar. I had this new install inspected by the dealer. They say the engine is terribly flawed and possibly junk.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached the details sent to me from the company when I purchased the engine. It is implied both in the email and on their website that the purchase included a 5 year 50k mile warranty. You don't find out that the warranty has to be "activated" until you try to file a warranty claim. Many consumers have fallen victim to this bait and switch. I never asked for a full refund. I want them to honor the warranty and reimburse me for the damaged part of the engine I had to replace. The man told me the intake wasn't covered by the warranty, when actually it states that it does. I've paid 8 thousand dollars for an engine in September of 2024 that has yet to run. I have included the email sent to me by them with their warranty, See page 4 the highlighted area which says the intake is covered. The bottom line is these guys are crooks and I need a lawyer.

I purchased a 2016 ****** Murano engine that they stated had ***** miles on it from SWENGINES on 12/31/2024 for 1300 dollars. It was to be shipped to ****** where ***** was to oversee the install. After the purchase I got and email about the allowed shipping time of 7 to 14 business days. After 7 business days ***** grew concerned, I called to see had the motor shipped and was told they needed more time. After allowing the full 14 business days we both grew more concerned. 2 days later I called and was told the motor is on the truck and I would soon get the shipping and tracking number. After waiting all day, the tracking number never came!! After talking with ***** about it, I began calling and asking why I haven't received a shipping number if the motor was on the truck days ago?? I started getting hung up on, put on hold for more than 30 minutes before I hanging up! This went on for days. I finally got someone on the phone and asked for a refund and again same phone games! After talking with ***** I was afraid that this was fraud and contacted my bank. Days later, ***** received a call and they asked him to tell me to drop the dispute!! He told them I didn't want the motor anymore and to Not Send It!! And to reached out to me before doing anything at this point. I got two the emails, first one said, "The order has been shipped!" Then the second contradicted the first one by saying the motor can be shipped by 5 if I respond, which i didn't. Days later ***** called me in shock saying that they sent the motor anyway after being told, By myself and him that I didn't want it and I asked for a refund long before that! Well ***** didn't touch the engine but he did take a picture cause he noticed damage to the engine! I decided to look up the reviews on yelp and they are known for doing this! Long delivery periods and after you get it, bad product!! Can BBB help expedite this complaint in addition to what my bank is already trying to do? If so, Please help!!!Business Response

The complainant purchased a used engine on 12/31/2024 and is requesting a refund.
The complainant purchased a used engine on 12/31/2024 and it was shipped out on 01/28/2025. The complainant alleges that after the delay the complainant did not want the engine but stated that the engine shipped anyways.
After review, the complainant still has the engine in their possession. We also show no communication from the complainant that the engine was damaged. The complainant did do a chargeback on 02/05/2025 which is still open. Since the chargeback is still open, we are unable to move forward within the refund process until the chargeback is closed and would need the engine back before a refund can be started.

ON OCTOBER 12 2024, I ORDERED A DIESEL ENGINE AND ***** FROM SWENGINES WITH A GRAND TOTAL OF $11250. THEY DELIVEDRED THE ***** BUT NEVER DID SO WITH THE ENGINE. AFTER CONTATCING THEM FOR TOO LONG ASKING THEM ABOUT THE ENGINE I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM SO I FILLED DISPUTES WITH MY BANKS. TWO OF THE BANKS WERE ABLE TO GET A REFUND OF $6250. THE ORDER BANK WAS UNABLE TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED SWENGINES SENT APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. HOWEVER I DID AN ORDER CANCELLATION FOR THE ENGINE AND I ALSO TOLD SWENGINE THAT I'LL KEEP THE ***** AND THAT THEY SHOULD DEDUCT $750 FROM THE REMAINING $5000 AND SEND ME A REFUND OF $4250 BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO SO AND FOR OVER 3MONTH NOW THEY TELL ME ONE STORY TO ANOTHER.Business Response

The complainant purchased a used engine on 10/12/2024 and is requesting a refund.
The complainant purchased a used engine on 10/12/2024 and it was shipped out on 10/22/2024. The complainant alleges that the turbo he ordered got delivered but the engine took longer to get delivered so a chargeback was initiated by the complainant.
The specific sections of the Terms and Conditions state as follows:
5: All returned parts or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% handling and processing fees plus customer assumes all shipping costs.
All the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty are prominently listed here: ***************************************************************
After review, since a chargeback was initiated, we did not fully deliver the engine and had it come back to us. Due to the chargeback we did express to the complainants bank the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty and when the order is cancelled, as it was due to having a chargeback open, a 25% processing and handling fee plus shipping costs would be applied. We did apply these to the refund so that was the amount that the complainant received back from his banking institution. We also did not refund the turbo as the complainant did keep that in his possession. The request for a full refund is not approved.
We do hope this closes the matter and please let us know if you need any further information from us.
Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I DISAGREE WITH THE MERCHANT. WHEN I RECEIVED THE ***** ON THE 24TH OF OCTOBER 2024, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE MERCHANT AND ASKED WHY THE ***** WAS SHIPPED WITHOUT THE ENGINE SINCE THE ***** WAS A COMPONENT ON THE ENGINE . I WAS TOLD BY THE MERCHANT THAT THE ENGINE IS IN THE WAREHOUSE UNDERGOING FINAL SERVICING. THE ***** OF THE CONTRACT WAS IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 14 CALENDAR DAYS FOR THE ***** TO BE SHIPPED SO AFTER THE 14TH CALENDAR DAYS I CONTACTED THE MERCHANT ON OCTOBER 30TH 2024 AND ADVISED THEM THAT IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 14 CALENDAY DAYS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T PROVIDED ME WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE ENGINE. I WAS TOLD BY THE MERCHANT REPRESENTIVE THAT TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE END OF THE DAY SO I TOOK THEIR WORDS FOR GOSPEL TRUTH AND THEY NEVER DID SO I CHECK THE REVIEWS OF THE MERCHANT ON THE INTERNET AND EVERY OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE SAYING BAD STUFFS ABOUT THEM AND WITH WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH THEM SO FAR IMMEDIATELY FILED A DISPUTE WITH THE VARIOUS BANKING INSTITUTIONS THAT I USED TO MAKE PAYMENTS. FEW DAYS AFTER FILING THE DISPUTE THE MERCHANT CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO DROP THE DISPUTES AND A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED IF I DO SO BUT I DID'T DO AS THEY REQUESTED BECAUSE AT THIS TIME I HAVE STOPPED TAKING THEIR WORDS FOR GOSPEL TRUTH. SO SINCE IT WAS ALREADY PASSED 14 CALENDAR DAYS I ASKED THE MERCHANT FOR ENGINE ORDER CANCELLATION ON NOVEMBER 21ST 2024. AFTER I PUT IN FOR THE ENGINE OTHER CANCELLATION THE MERCHANT ADVISED ME THEY CAN'T PROCESS MY REFUND AT THIS TIME BECAUSE THERES A DISPUTE ON THE OTHER AND THAT I MUST WAIT TILL THE FINAL OUTCOME AND THAT AFTER THE OUTCOME I MUST SEND A NOTICE TO THEM OF THE OUTCOME OF WHICH I DID. WHEN THAT WAS DONE THE MERCHANT TOLD ME ON NOVEMBER 26TH 2024 THAT IT WILL TAKE BETWEEN 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED AND THAT WAS NEVER DONE TILL DATE. THE MERCHANT CLAIMED ALL RETURNED PARTS OR ORDER CANCELLATION ARE SUBJECT TO 25% handling and processing fees plus customer assumes all shipping costs. WELL MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AFTER THE 14 CALENDAR DAYS AND THE MERCHANT NEVER SENT ANY TRACKING NUMBER. OTHER THAN THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE MERCHANT FOR THE ***** CAN THEY SHOW A PROVE OF THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ENGINE. MORESO SINCE THE ORDER CANCELLATION WAS FOR THE ENGINE THAT COST $10500 I BELIEVE THAT 25% OF THAT AMOUNT IS NOT $4250. Please type your response here.]

Several days before my purchase,I viewed the company website and observed All the Claims and Promises made by the Company in regards to there High Quality Used Engines, the Remanufacturing process of the Engines, the First Time Warranty Claim that "If there is a problem with the Used Engine that was Shipped to you that another Engine would be shipped out to you No Questions Asked" as well as the 5 year Labor and Parts Warranty. According to the Website, in order for you to receive the 5 Year Labor and Parts Warranty you had to REPLACE the Thermostat the Timing Chain and Timing Gear on the USED Engine once you received it. Didn't make sense to me that these things would have to be replaced on a "Remanufactured Engine" seeing as the Purpose ot the Reman. Process is to bring the Old/Used Engine into a "Better than New" condition so I called the Company to Be Sure and I was told that YES that is a Requirement for the 5 Year Warranty. I sent in All the Required info.(yr. make, model) of my vehicle along with the mileage. I was told that my Engine was in Stock so I Ordered it on 12/11/2024 on the Website and Paid.I received my Engine on 12/30/2024. After Unpacking i Immediately Noticed that the Wrong Engine was Shipped. After over an HOUR on Hold I emailed the Company about the Issue and they emailed me back that a WARRANTY CLAIM had been started. After Numerous phone calls and emails from me inregards to my CLAIM QUALITY USED ENGINES has Stopped All Contact with me.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belFirst, what is Amazing to me is the fact that this Business did not respond to me since Last year until I filed this Complaint! It's been almost 2 months since I informed them of the Issues I was having with the Engine. They sent me 2 emails days after my filing this complaint with the BBB for me to Use my old EGR from my Engine because the Engine that they sent me was for a ***** Silverado and NOT a ***** Blazer because they are Two Different Engines! hence the need for parts to be Switched! But once again I got No Help from them for over a Month about Anything until this Complaint. I could not wait for them to decide if they were Ever going to respond to me which I Know they wouldn't have because they Ignored my Calls and Emails for over a month, but amazingly a few days after contacting the BBB they NOW decide to send me two emails. One telling me to change the part and the other that my Ticket was Closed. NOTICE that the Issue of the Purchased Engine was BLOWN and Knocking Louder and Harder than the one being replaced. They NEVER addressed this Issue at ALL! The Engine was Blolwn,Bad,Not Usable,Trash! I purchased another Engine and got the Vehicle Repaired. Here is a Fact that is being left out; I have over 36 yrs. as a Automotive and Diesel Mechanic. I have owned my own Shop for over 20 yrs.I'm also a 3 time Combat Veteran who has repaired vehicles under some of the Worst Circumstances one could imagine. Another fact that shouldn't be overlooked is that I was Looking for a NEW Engine Supplier for my Shop and I decided to give them a try(Info. which I made them aware of)to see if they would be the Replacement. As you can tell by the Complaint it did not go well but Now because of the Complaint they are trying to give the Impression that they were Helpful for this entire process which is FALSE. I had to get my Customers vehicle Repaired because my Shops' Name and Reputation is on the Line. Just imagine if I waited for them to do what They CLAIM in there Warranty my customer would STILL be Waiting for there Vehicle. I don't Operate my Business Like That. I wound up do this $7K Repair on My Dollar because as a Small Business I Can't afford to take Advantage of my Loyal Customers because I have NEVER forgotten that THEY Keep me In Business!!
