      Began 08/01/2024 and is on going. We were charged $6408.47 for unsatisfactory service as well as additional problems/damage. After stopping payment and contacting the company, we were told they would fix it if we paid additional charges. This led to scrutinizing the bill and discovering numerous charges that were not ok'd, charges that were grossly more than they quoted, and charges that were removed and added else where, all very concerning. We told them we would pay for the work that was actually completed as well as returning all incorrect parts that they installed. They then called and threatened us with collections and ligation, and well as personal affronts. I told them to do what they needed and I would do the same.

      On Tuesday 3/11, We called the customer, since they okd the repairs on the unit and was spoke to in detail on the repairs.  He was pleasant and said he cant speak to the unit anymore. We need to discuss anything related to the repair with *****. ***** did not start getting involved until the bill was due.  She said she will give the driver a check when the unit was dropped off.  She gave the driver a check and then cancelled the check immediately.  We had excellent communication with the original customer and the repairs we completed were all okd to do. We have documentation on 32 different conversations regarding the work needed, work approved and dollar amounts approved.  The work was completed in good faith.   ***** said the unit is not completely fixed.  However, the original customer refused the additional repairs leaking oil out of drive motor chain case and we gave two options to repair the exhaust, the customer chose the less expensive route.  Leaving the exhaust altered from *** specs.   The unit came in with a electric fuel pump which again is an altered repair, the *** parts are not available.  To get the unit to run like original was not realistic and this was communicated to the customer. There were no unnecessary parts put on the machine, all parts were needed to get the machine to run.  We did tell ***** we were very disappointed in her and could not believe she cancelled the check after giving her word.  During her conversation she back tracked and crossed stories from what she originally said in the conversation multiple times.  At this point we need payment for services rendered and will leave the bill on our open account status and send to collections if the customer does not make good on their cancelled check.

      On June 12 2023, I purchased a Kubota b2301 compact tractor, loader, pallet forks, snowblower with a quick hitch, and a ballast box. I found numerous issues and wrote ****** customer ********************** regarding the issues and sent photographs. Date Created:6/24/2023, Case Reference #:01204587, Subject:rust, paint, And other concerns and questionsIn. Customer ********************** sent me the warranty coverages dates and told me to have the dealer address the issues including the surface rust issues and hood. I took my Kubota to the dealer, however the dealer and potentially even ****** refuse to fix the surface rust issues and hood even though it was still under the warranty period. Most recently, while using my snowblower for the first time on this tractor, the entire *** shaft became airborne and shot out from underneath the tractor like a boomerang. It appears that this issue was caused by some of the hardware either not being tightened correctly or missing nuts. Service Motors did replace the *** shaft and had to fix the mid-mount ***. I have still not assessed what, if any, damage the flying *** shaft may have caused underneath the tractor. I am now concerned I will have more issues with the mid-mount *** and the quick hitch. I am requesting that ****** and Service motors corrects the above concerns or replace the tractor and other damage or defective parts with a new one.

      We are working with the customer.  The pto issue has been addressed by our service department.  The customer has used the snowblower after it was addressed by our service department.  We have discussed options with the customer on the paint issue.  He will let us know once he returns from vacation
