      Purchased a tractor in 2022 and the transaction went really well. They didn't include an essential part for an implement purchased with the tractor. After some hard pushing they agreed to sell me one if I drove down and then over-charged (so I essentially paid for it twice). Had a small item fail on the tractor within the warranty and they refused any help. They were good through the sales process and extremely frustrating after that was complete.

      Assistant service mgr . Fabricated a total lie along with a technician.,three attempts to repair a grapple under warranty and they still couldnt fix it . Then she got hostile with me at the door when I tried to leave several times and even made contact and pushed me back with open hand . After talking to ********************* regional mgr . About incident and threatening to call police on her and buisness his response was nothing happened and they fabricated a total lie about everything and tried to turn it around and make me look guilty even involving other departments like parts to get involved on a totally fabricated story !!!! In order to not terminate there employee which was the outcome I asked from them . This business is not trustworthy of working with they will lie and do what ever is needed to fabricate there innocence . Very unprofessional and not a trustworthy company as noted by previous employees who left them .
