  This guy came into my house pretending to know carpentry. He does poor, sloppy, unfinished mismatched work. He did 50k in work, including siding, doors, windows and some interior rooms, along with some electrical. He used trim of different sizes on the doors, a couple he never finished, saying they were in a different room not on the list, but sealed 3 new, 1 existing door at a temp of around 40 degrees in same area. Left bare wall studs showing that were once covered. Tried to replace existing new, unfinished door with one already finished. Replaced both entry doors, specs called for steel, however one is fiberglass with gaps around door and jam. Over lapped trim over trim, some ends not flush or straight. Not all window trim is of same size. Took down drywall, never replaced. Put a wall switch, of different color where not needed or wanted. Put GFI's through whole house instead of only near water sources. Used scrap paneling on walls in living room, walls are all wavy. Floor trim around walls in living room is up from floor, trim around doorways go to the floor. Left holes in floor around kitchen door ways. Got caulk on carpet. Hung coil of antenna wire from antenna mast. Put holes in siding where not needed for security camera wires that did not get put back as were, as he promised. Wires are kinked, wedged, left wire broken, laying on ground. Never hooked electric back to garage. Left bare wood exposed outside below door. Didn't secure phone or yard light wires back to house. Took antique iron stand outside to set tools on. Tried to take Formica desk top when loading tools to leave. Stole a few hand tools, pail of wire clips, hole plugs. Broke shop vac hose, used my vacuum to clean up his mess, left with full bag. Took a week off from work here to go out of State to work. The work done by this contractor is non professional, unacceptable. I offered to hire help for moving anything in the way but he said they would move and replace what needed to be moved.

  ***** & I have very different outlooks on his project at this time

  in November of last year his statement to me was that

  He was very proud of his home and was not embarrassed when friends and family would stop over

  I am also very happy with the work we did for *****, it made huge difference 

  this was a project with ***** & the housing ***** somethings he brings up were not on the contract

  to finish, i'm happy with how the project finished and is complete
