    I was honest with the BBB when I filed my complaint. The BBB reached out to Midwest Home Improvements and received a response that is a total lie. I have text messages of my disgust on their work. The BBB never did a follow up with me as to the truth. I have shared my experience with other people, a few have dealt with this contractor and had nothing good to say about him. I am very upset this guy approached me to sign off on the work he did just an hour after I returned home from a two week hospital stay. I was still drugged up and hadn't even inspected the work. When he handed me the paper to sign I thought it was to witness the inspector was here. If you have this contractor do any work for you, be prepared! Here I was, a disabled Vet with copd, I had a doctor *********** one ****************** and ***** were working in my home. I come home from my ***********, get off the portable air and on to the machine. All of a sudden I get a bunch of grit in my nose from the air line, two weeks later I end up in emergency and a two week hospital stay with pneumonia and e coli. And the next day after they finished and left, I found a mouse terd in the salt shaker. I was stole from, my equipment was used and broke, I reported this all to the BBB and nothing become of it.
