      I purchased an online course for DBT and mindfulness after receiving a flyer for a special rate in the mail. This appeared to meet my needs for a solid refresher and possible certification. When I went to login I had to create an account which was expected. However, it brought me to the same course for a higher price rather than a link to access the course already paid for. I could not reach anyone by phone to resolve the issue so I emailed on 12/6/2011 and received an automated reply for a response in 2 days and another email with the inquiry number. It is 12/18/2023 and I have not heard anything and still can't get through by phone. I sent another email and got a similar generated response as my first inquiry. I no longer want to go through the trouble of fixing the issue or even seeking a refund. At this point, I only want my name to be taking off of future mailings.
