      Do not buy from ******* ** ******** *******. Order placed 11/1/24. 05/13/25 no windows yet. $6367 downpayment on 11/01/24.

      We had an awning installed today by Cody, John, and Chad on our rental property. They were very professional and polite. The work was completed in a short amount of time and we couldn't be more pleased with the job. We were first told it usually takes 6-8 weeks after ordering the order, but to our surprise it was only two weeks. We are ready for the hot sun!

      After doing research for a window replacement company and hopefully good customer service, I choose Asher for Renewal by Andersen windows. On April 14, 2023, I ordered five (5) windows for our home. I was told and on the signed contract that I would get a call for my new windows to be installed. My contract clearly shows "Complete Purchases No Later Than October 15, 2023". I didn't mind the wait from April to October for getting our windows because I knew I was going to be treated with outstanding customer service. I gave Asher the "benefit of the doubt" because keeping ones' promise and in a contract means a great deal to me as a former Marine. I called on October 16th to check on the status for our installation. On October 17th, I received my call. This call was not what I wanted to hear. We ordered our windows in April 2023. We were assured that the windows would arrive to our satisfaction, and we would get a call in September/October 2023 for installation. I was then informed our windows would not even ARRIVE until sometime in December and the installation will not be until January 2024. Are you kidding me? In the dead of winter and my windows won't be installed till then "LATE". What kind of a promise or signed contract that if I will be punished for being late and they are not even accountable if their windows is installed almost another 3-months later? That is not good customer service and as a matter of fact, it is truly POOR! If I had known this unforeseeable mishap, I would have NEVER ordered the windows in April 2023. If you are going to be late installing my windows, give me another discount to show you stand by your contract and if it is late, and not my fault. If I was going to be late on my payments, I would get penalize. What do you mean installing my windows 3-months AFTER it was promised for October and yet to be installed in January 2024? What kind of business if YOU are not accountable?

      We had Asher install new windows in our home. We were told that the installers would wear shoe covers. They did not and made a mess on my carpet. Two of the windows were damaged. One had cracked glass and the other had a damaged casing. Installers said nothing to us about the damage. We discovered it when putting our blinds back up. The outside casings started falling off. They came out and discovered that the installers only calked one window. After many phone calls, someone finally came and calked the rest of the windows. I was told that ***** was going to follow up with me and am still waiting to hear from him. Do your homework before hiring this company to install windows.
