    Got a bill from mxc imaging as a responsible party for someone else. Never received services. I am not responsible for anyone else. Hospital who sent these images to mxc confirmed I was not listed a responsible party. I've called mxc several times they did not confirm they removed me as responsible party. Even after stating they are breaking hippa laws and committing fraud. I dont like being blackmailed to pay someone elses bill. They said they will turn it over to collections. I do not want this to hurt my credit.

    We are so sorry that ******************** is experiencing this issue. If her hospital told her she is not financially responsible, they should have also informed us.  I will be reaching out to the hospital for confirmation on who the responsible party was determined to be, and we will transfer the balance once that is confirmed.

    To expedite the process, it would be nice to know what hospital told her this.  She can call us at ************ and ask for Georgia or ****** to communicate this information.

    1 it's not my hospital. 

    2 the complaint states shsh hospital  in ********** 

    3 before this was filed you told me guage had to call u and get my name removed. U still didnt remove it. Then i called u again ask for my account and a new bill. The account number u gave me was bogus. You never sent a bill. You told me I owed nothing under my account and name. But under guage I owed money, and u said u removed my name as responsible party! Guess u havent. Because someone dose or dose not have insurance and at some point we had the same address dose not make it legal for u to attach my name to it to ensure u get paid.

    When I receive a letter stating that my name was removed from that account and I owe nothing to ur company. depending on the kind of letter  then I may be satisfied.

    The attached letter is also being mailed directly to the complainant. We regret that it required her reaching out through BBB to get resolution, but we bill based upon the information provided to us by the hospital. 

    In this case the hospital never notified us that they had changed the patient's billing guarantor to himself.  

    Our team has confirmed that ******************** is not responsible for the charges, and she should not be receiving any further statements or overdue notices.

I need a letter stating my name was removed from that account and I will not longer be associated with any account for guage **** in the future. I also need a statement stating that I have no account with a balance due.  Which I was already told by imagine company.
