    They send a bill 6-7 months after service was rendered and then after a month sent it to a collection agency. Im not the only one according to their website reviews. Something needs to be investigated about their shady practices. Also, why does one need to give *** to just pay a bill.

    Not responsive to records requests and uses 3rd party ********* to complete requests. Requests take multiple months to receive and they will not give information over the phone and instruct patients to use *********. Very ineffective. Customer Service is horrible.
