    I have a CURT Echo bluetooth brake controller, and recently bought a brand new camper. Just a few minutes down the road, the app for the controller bugged out and caused my brakes to "lock up". By the time I was able to pull over, and the fact that it was 90-degrees outside, my trailer brakes were smoking. Now, I'm out $1,400 repairing my brakes. According to a Q&A post on etrailer.com and the Apple App store reviews, it looks like multiple have had this same issue since the app was updated to the One Control Auto app earlier this year. Not to mention, in order to forget/unpair device from the app, you have to completely delete the app and re-install it. You can't do it from within the app... that alone should tell you all you need to know.

    I purchased a trailer **** trailer hitch #***** from Amazon seller Trend Auto for my 2022 **** bronco sport. It does not fit my model.Due to misleading information from **** saying it does supposedly fit , Trend Auto indicates they will not be issuing a refund. I have already sent the hitch back via ****

    Worst customer service I have ever been a part of!! There was a live person I spoke with only to be told the 5th wheel hitch I had 4 other shops look at and tell me it was a manufacturer defect was an operator error. There was no interest at all in helping me resolve the issue...only to sell me a new hitch. I will never purchase a Curt hitch again

    OOn my first attempt to order my hitch, the hitch that was delivered was for the wrong car. When I open the box, there was no hardware and no installation manual so I had to waste my time laying underneath the car trying to figure out what was wrong. I took the first one back and supposedly the correct one has just been delivered. Again, no hardware, no installation manual. The advertisement says easy install, bolts up to existing bolts, but there’s not even holes in those locations. Just spent 45 minutes on the telephone with Curt, and they refused to help me. They sent me back to advance auto parts to deal with people who are absolute morons and the girl on the telephone. There doesn’t even know what a trailer hitch is. I don’t think I’ll ever do business with either one of them again
