    Tree had taken out power on residential property. Adams restored power but advised I have further repair done. After questioning whom would be responsible, said technician became frustrated and argumentative. I ask the technician to calm down and assured him either I or Adams would have to fix it and it would get figured out. I then approximately 3 weeks later receive a notice in the mail stating I have 30 days to correct the issue or power will be shut off to the property. Notice states a safety concern, though safety concerns were not mentioned by technician nor were safety concerns alarming enough that power wasn't restored. And then received a phone call two weeks later stating I was beyond the 30-day limit whereas they were going by the date the noticed was drafted and not by the date to which I received it by. Overall very disappointed in the way Adams cooperative conducted themselves in this experience seeing as I've never had confliction with their services prior to this event. So not only did they restore power to what they are now proclaiming is unsafe, due to questioning the policy I've been put on extremely short notice to have extensive repairs conducted at out of pocket cost but where I am required via their policy to contact them to assist in the repairs I am required to make. When attempting to speak to a service representative, the representative with the name jordy was extremely disrespectful where I had to advise her that if she could not discontinue being rude I would need to speak to her supervisor, whereas her response was we could just transfer you now if you'd like, and I reminded her that choice would be depicted by her professionalism from that point forward. I was then put on hold, and given a seven-day extension. This is tyrannical behavior and extremely expensive. I did not ask for all the updated equipment Adams installed on their behalf (smart meters, cabeling, etc ). Outright disappointment.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Adams Electric, and I feel compelled to share my story so others can be aware.Over the past few months, Adams Electric has failed to complete electrical work that was promised, left my home in disarray, and charged outrageous fees for unresolved issuesincluding a $540 bill for a toilet that still doesnt work after three visits.I personally went to their office in tears, asking for help, and my concerns were completely ignored. I have sent multiple requests for resolution, yet I have received no accountability or action from their leadership. As a company that claims to be faith-based and community-driven, their lack of integrity is deeply disappointing.I will be pursuing every possible avenue to get the resolution I deserve, including reporting them to consumer protection agencies and escalating this issue publicly if needed. I sincerely hope Adams Electric chooses to do the right thing and take responsibility for their actions.

    I paid $42000 for a solar system with backup for power outages. When power was out and the system did not work, a tech came and was unable to do anything. That was okay. He gave his best guess as to why. Two months later, I received a bill for $139 for his (<15min) visit. I paid, though I think that this is very wrong. For me, this is over, but I want others to be aware in case it is a pattern and not a one time thing (mistake?). I'm hoping the system will provide backup power if needed. It has been less than a year and we have not had another outage to find out.

    Adams installed my Generac whole house generator a little over a year ago. A few months ago I noticed my generator was sloping and not balanced. I had been in contact with Leane ******** to schedule a date for the first maintenance appointment. I reached out to Leane and explained the situation and sent pictures showing the problem. Leane told me that she added to work order and it be taken care of at that time. When the technician was here explained that at box would have to be built for the generator to set on. The technician also said this should have been done at the time of installation. I've been in contact with Leane to find out when someone would out to fix this. Now I'm being told that this IS NOT a problem with the installation of the generator and to fix it I would have to pay $159 an hour to get this corrected. I can't understand why making sure the generator is installed on a flat sturdy surface is not part of the installation.

    Recently, our local dealer was purchased by Adams and we have seen an instant decline in service and support for our Generac Generator. It is now mid September and we called for service at the end of July with the unit alerting soon after. Were told someone would call in a couple weeks to schedule but no communication and that there were only 2 technicians? I dont find this a comforting excuse from an emergency responding service company to say the least. In the past, if a tech could not come or call, we heard from the President himself. That was customer service! Take over growing pain most likely as the guard changes. From the size of this company I should hope its corrected soon.

    I first became acquainted with Adam's electric when I needed some electrical work done for a business I owned in lake Geneva. They were professional showed up on time and their prices were fair and reasonable. So naturally when I needed a water heater and a water softener I called on Adams. Once again their service was professional fair reasonable and they showed up on time. We're looking at putting in a backup generator on my home and when the time is right I'll be getting acquainted with their generator division. Keep up the good work Adams.

    Adams recently came out to repair a leak I had with a pipe in the garage. I called them last minute and the office accommodated my request and sent out Brett, a Master Plumber. He came and explained what he found, what he was doing to fix it and then reviewed with me all that he did. I felt like he actually cared about my issue and finding. a solution. If I ever have another issue, big or small, they will be my first call.
