    Adams installed our Generac generator this winter. They did a great job. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed as to when they would be here and were always on time. I would definitely use them again.***********************

    Adams Electric came out to install some lights and troubleshoot some outlets that weren't working. The entire team from scheduling to the electricians were helpful, communicating along the way and did amazing work. They even left my home cleaner than they found it!I'd recommend them to anyone looking for electrical, hvac, plumbing work within 45 minutes of Elkhorn.

    I gave Adam's one star. but they don't deserve even one. Over a period of two years we have found Adam's to A) not keeping us informed when we waited for service B) making appointments and then not showing up on the day and not even the consideration of a phone call C) giving us a cost for service and when the time came to do the service dining this price. Over the last two years the person making service dates has changed three or four times, so apparently Adam's has internal management problems also. I cannot recommend ADAM'S ELECTRIC for Generac Generators service or installation.and we will never contact them again. The way Adam's conducts their business is not,in any way, the way any customer should be treated. Please do your research before contacting Adam's.

    About a year ago I entered into a contract with Adams Electric of Elkhorn, WI to install a Generac emergency electrical generator at my house. After a lot of delays, they finally completed the installation on March 22, 2022. They assured me at the time that the unit was installed according to Generac standards and it had been fully tested and was operational. On May 14, 2022 half the lights in the house went out. The problem was related to the Generac transfer switch which was part of the equipment Adams had installed. A bolt was lodged in the contact points of the transfer switch and it stopped the flow of electricity to half the circuits in the house. The bolt caused the transfer switch to malfunction and nearly caused a house fire. If I had not been home at the time, the damages could have been very high. I hired Pieper Electric to inspect the system and make the necessary repairs. The bill for the job was $1,475.00. I sent a letter to Adams Electric on August 27, 2022 asking them to reimburse me for the additional expense I incurred because of their inferior workmanship. I haven’t had any response from them.

    Misleading sales tactics. I was solicited by one of there appointment setters. Ashley called me and told me I had a tune-up left on my contract (I purchased a 4 pk). I questioned her if I really had one left, she confirmed that I did. Adam's came out and serviced my a/c, they did a good job doing that. But I was surprised that I was billed for the service call that Ashley told I would not be charged for. I contacted the billing department, I was then informed that Ashley "was mistaken" and I would have to pay for the service call, an extra $125 that I had not planned on spending. Basically, their company made an error and I got stuck paying for it. I am not happy with the company's lack of accountability. I have been a long time customer of Adams/Logterman, now I will be going elsewhere.

As we reviewed the matter, you purchased a 2 year maintenance plan in 2020 and because of a software issue, our Dispatcher ****** could not see the 1st Clean and Service. When you called questioning the invoice we provided her will all documentation to show that we had completed the maintenance plan, and that we had switched to new software. After we discussed this with you and provided our background you seemed ok with our explanation. In addition, we discounted the Clean and Service in an effort to make the best of the situation. Integrity is important to us and we would never mislead anyone in our efforts. We were mistaken and provided you a service, admitted it and attempted to make it right. We hope to have the opportunity to earn your business in the future.
