Had a family member become a victim of poor business practices and sheer incompetence by Ray's appliance store. The even further frustrating part is being a business their responses are attacking and defensive and dishonest. Their is very inadequate customer service and if you dare to shop here, get everything in writing/contract form.

The customer purchased a chest freezer and wanted new unit delivered and old removed. We clearly explained due to age and size we probably would not be able to remove old. We told her she would get refund of removal once our delivery crew knew the situation. We delivered her new unit to the basement and were not able to remove old due to size/age so refunded the customer. We will not harm our delivery guys in a bad situation by any means. This customer AGREED if not able to remove at time of purchase since NO guarantees! Customer should respect our decision and understand. We also offered to pickup unit at no charge if they could remove old from basement. Their is nothing to do with poor practices expect the customer not wanting us to say NO to them. Respect our decision and my delivery guys. This customer only hears want they want to hear.Ray's T.V. and Appliance of Fond du Lac, Inc.
