    Approximately yes. they are the only ones that would know the start date but 2021 was the firsts time I contracted them by email. At first I called them.

    The original contract was signed by *********************** that had a full description of the service description listed. Eagle Disposal has reached out to **** regarding his complaint along with lack of payment on account for years with no returned phone call. It was not until Eagle Disposal pulled the can from the property with the intentions of sending the account to collections that **** then reached out to our office. After coming to an agreement of refunding three months of the service fee, and **** bringing his account current-- the cans were redelivered to begin servicing again. 

    Our call history is as follows; 

    06/12/24: I e-mailed ****, told him we would take 3 months of the long pull fee off of his bill.
    06/06/24: **** called me in regards to his dumpster being removed and his long roll out fee, stated that our driver picks it up from the alley and he's not rolling it out...I told him that I personally called him and left him 3 vmails over the last 8 month's, I could not help him anymore than I did and stated he would have to call the office...***
    06/05/24: called again, vm full. no response viz e-mail or phone.  pick up can.  MD
    5/21/24: Called and left **** a vmail regarding payment...***
    11/16/23: Left a vmail regarding his long pull out...***
    8/30/23: Called and left vmail for him...Doesn't like the long pull fee...***
    07/17/2023: called and left vm about long pull fee 
    04/19/2023: called and left vm for $$ and about long pull fee 
    01/10/2023: called and left vm for $$ and fee

    Our bill was overdue. We paid it in full before pick up date. Company was notified, and I have a confirmation email from 8:20 in the morning. They still wont pick up our garbage. When we call, they are telling us we have to pay an additional $40.00 for a pick up when they already charge us a month in advance. We have paid for numerous pickups and they fail to pick up. We are paying for a service they arent rendering. They continue to say we are on a contract (which they wont provide to us) but if a contract is signed stating they will pick up and we pay then they are in beech of their own contract. We have called many times to talk to the receptionist who has been extremely rude and hard to work with. From my understanding its not legal to collect money from a customer for services that you are not providing.

    o begin; Eagle Disposal sends out invoices early with net 30 terms. IE: February invoices are sent out 01/20/2023 and have a net 30 from 02/01/2023. Furthermore, it is not illegal to bill a month ahead so her understanding is off in general. 
    Next, ******************************* complaint of a $40.00 extra pick up fee is explained in her signed contract. Any time a driver is dispatched out to a location on a non scheduled day-- there is a charge of $20.00 per yard. Auto Spa of North Shore has a 2 yard trash on site, hence the $40.00 fee. Not only is this stated in the contract, it is also stated in the terms and conditions that 'any customer invoice balance that is not paid within 30 days of the date of invoice is subject to a late fee. If the company reinstates the suspended services after receipt of an  outstanding business, the customer shall pay a reactivation fee. Which was not charged to the customer as a kind gesture. Attached is the business contract, which is signed and dated by ***************************. Please let me know if you have any questions.
