    This company has been pleasant to work with before. When I rented the roll off dumpster this time, as usual, they told me it would be picked up in 14 days unless I called to extend. I did NOT call to extend as I didn’t need an extension. I called as winter was getting near and let them know the dumpster was ready to be picked up. Previously, they had told me since they are near the WI/ill border and I’m up in **** ********** that they schedule the pick up around a delivery near me. Makes perfect sense. Winter came and went and no communication at all. No call, voicemail, email…nothing. Dumpster finally got picked up and they wanted rental for the entire period. When I called to discuss the matter it was “let’s make a deal” and they cut it in half. The dumpster was off to the side of the driveway and could have been picked up at any time. I didn’t view it as my responsibility to keep on them to come get their dumpster. Hoping this is perhaps a case of their oversight having the dumpster sit and over zealous office staff wanting to charge.
