    I requested a Full Truckload Box Truck with a lift gate to transport Audio Equipment from CA to IN. Paying for this service is significantly more than a shared truck or **************************** When the truck arrived, they had to lift my boxes over a box at the back of the truck that the driver stated was not mine. Unfortunately I did not get a picture to prove this though as I was bringing the my boxes into my home. I requested Schneider do a trace on the path of the truck as it went from OK to ************, **, then to *********, IN. This is five hours one way out of the truckers way. From a efficiency or logistics standpoint this makes no sense, except to drop off or pick up other loads. Schneider contacted the company they outsourced too and they stated the driver lived in ************, so stopped there, then came down to my location. They outsourced to **************** USDOT ******* located in ************, **. As the customer I shouldn't have to ensure my service that I paid for is done properly and prove as well.

    Im not liable for this debt with Schneider national carriers, I do not have a contract with *************************************** they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested. Reason why I was late to file this complaint is because I was unaware and I just found out this year that something wasnt right after an attempt to purchase a new Semi-truck otherwise I would have still be completely unaware

    I was let go one Wednesday July 26th. I wasn't given reasonable accommodations for my disabilities. I wasn't given progressive action so I didn't know I was going to lose my job. I want compensation for the mental and emotional turmoil and loss off my quality of life.

    Theyre a scam. We booked a few loads with them in the past. All of their required detention or TONU because they had issues. They never responded to my emails regarding detention or TONUs. The last one was booked last week. They put in the wrong dates in the shipment details. We dispatch the driver to PU the load. But he found out that shipper was closed and its not a 24hr facility as it was showing in the rate con and the load details. We called and reported the issue. They said they had the wrong dates and removed us from the load. We requested **** Ordered Not Used charges to compensate for the time and the empty miles wasted. But just kept ignoring my emails. Like I said earlier, this is not the first time they done this to us. It happened many time before. Theyre the only broker that we worked with so far that ripped us off like this. And all the loads that we booked with them so far had issues and we had to pay the price for those problems by either having the drivers wait for hours without detention or sending a driver to pick up a load that would be removed later.

    This company is a scam and fraudulent. We booked shipments of freight with them as our third party for a few months. When you pay for shipments via their website "CHASE Payment Processor" it double charges you then you do NOT get refunded unless you call them over and over. Calling them is an obstacle as well - good luck getting anyone to answer. *********************** was our rep - we aren't even sure if he is a real person because he never communicates, never answers the phone - will occasionally reply to an email (again - could be anyone). They always come back charging accessorials AFTER you have prepaid for shipments. Our rep kept changing our freight class code, NFMC numbers to use for shipments causing us to be hit with accessorials - shouldn't the employee that causes these be held responsible? We have a pending credit (because we will NEVER book shipments with them again. ***********************, "Associate General Counsel" - regular mails us a FiNAL DEMAND LETTER saying we owe them - like what ? No supporting docs, nothing? Letter is typed and signed 12/05/2022 - we received it on 12/13/2022 with a threat of responding by 12/15/2022 or he will attempt to collect. We contact their *************** on 12/13/2022, we call - sent to voicemail, we email Accounting responds back hours later they are looking into it. We call again on 12/14, voicemail then emailed - auto reply back they are out until 12/15/2022. On 12/15/2022 - Accounting email response to us is "Hello, Our internal contacts have reviewed your feedback and still stand by the charges being valid and owed." Who is internal contacts? Where are docs supporting this bogus demand. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this alleged company. They owe us our credits and more!

By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.

    They advertise that they need CDL drivers but when I applied all they did was make excuses and delay and delay the whole process. This company is really good at doing this. They need to be given notice that this is not a very good business practice.
