    Big lies from Schneider regarding the weight In on other words scammers

    I'm an independent contractor/carrier. I hauled a load for this company from October 31st-November 2nd. There was a wash required for the receiver. The broker advised exactly where we were to go to get the wash and it had to be within the last 50 miles of the drop point. The broker advised that we submit the receipt with the Bills for a reimbursement, The wash was $130 dollars all receipts and paperwork was submitted as requested. The payment was sent for the amount of $1882.00 which was less the wash amount. The payment resolutions team, I began to explain my situation. The agent ****** asked if I had checked for the payment in the system. I said yes but and I attempted to explain the details above. She started talking over me during the call very rudely. I began to say can I finish can I finish. The agent disconnected the call. I called back to place a complaint. The next agent transferred me to another person that identified himself as ******'s supervisor. He said he heard the call and saw her disconnect and saw nothing wrong with her actions. I then proceeded to ask for his supervisor, and he stated that he didn't have one. I asked again the male agent refused to provide the requested information about his superior and further advised that he too would disconnect the call. So I have been financially mishandled by their broker and not paid the proper amount and now I've been treated less than civil by their agent and agent supervisor. This company has showed no empathy or professional regard for companies like mine that turn the huge wheel of *********. I have reason to believe that I was met with tremendous disregard because I am a working class black female. It is my belief that had I been a white female like the likes of the agent and her counterparts. i would have been handled with respect and empathy. I'll never haul for them again and I'll share that with everyone I meet in the trucking world. They have absolutely no integrity.
