When I first talked with Mike and Page it felt like I’ve know him for years. Super nice people and always listened. I was very much at ease to sell my house. Ashley was great with communication and super easy to talk to and listened to me for a long time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for nice genuine people who give you a fair price and help you out even if problems arise.

We were looking for a way to sell our mom's house without spending a large amount of money on repairs! IBUYWI was the right decision for us! Jarret put us at ease right away! He sat down with us and let us explain how long the house had been owned by our family, since 1915! As we gave him a tour of the house, he suggested some possible changes in various rooms and reassured us that the house had some real potential! Ashley did a great job of keeping us up to date with the paper work and our closing date. Chris came to our mom's apartment for the closing.
