I was billed 310$ for a router I had of theirs. I was told I would be refunded my money of which I keep getting told they need to contact their supervisor and accounting. They will call me back tomorrow. I never get a call back. My call logs date back to November 14th, no incoming calls from them at all.

The original refund check was mailed to the incorret billing address. A new check was issued and our records show it to have been cashed.

I am being charged monthly for bridge equipment rental even though it was disconnected. I was charged for service from Dec 1, 2022 to Dec. 6, 2022 when I didn't have service. I was reconnected on Dec. 6, 2022.I was charged for a service call because the installer put a bridge on the neighbor's grain leg, without consulting me as to the appropriateness of the site. There were several other places it could have been installed that did not require a special trip from a certified climbing technician. The site did not work properly, but I was told that was my problem. I was given no choice over the site, nor had I any control over the electrical outlet in question, since it belonged to my neighbor. Later, it was found that I have good service at a spot in my lawn that did not require that bridge. My neighbor, *********************, worked with the technician to find a better spot and move the equipment so I no longer needed the bridge. He can be reached at ************ to confirm.I am seeking a credit of $171.64 which includes $54.34 for the bridge rental (which would also be taken off future ********), $11.80 for 5 days of service I didn't receive, and $105.50 for the silo climb that shouldn't have happened. I did contact customer service for this a couple of times, but the supervisor would not return my calls and the people I talked to said they didn't have authority to change anything.
