    The company put in all conduit for fiber line through our township in western Marathon county **. Said they would have fiber hooked up by early fall. Never happened and they didn't formally notify anyone of there intentions. Called them 5 times to get answers with only the run-around equivalent of who-knows. While I didn't sign contract, I have no intention to do so after reading further reviews.

    We were experiencing interrupted service, they told us to up our broadband, charging us more and still not any better.

    Quite possibly the worst Internet Service Provider ever. And in the telecommunications industry where customer service is marginal at best, that is saying something. I was a customer of Northwoods Connect out of Rhinelander until this Spring when Bug Tussel acquired them. Since then, their service has gone from bad to worse. With 1 day warning our internet was completely shut down, ONE DAY! Apparently the intermediary that Bug Tussel used to link with AT & T went out of business. Since then, we get weekly e-mails promising that equipment is coming and appointments for switching to AT & T directly will be scheduled soon. They are unresponsive to multiple direct calls and e-mails This has dragged on for several weeks now. I work out of my home in the Northwoods. How can you work out of your home if your ISP drops your service with 1 day notice?

    Bug Tussel Wireless has frustrated many customers over the Years! The spotty unreliable service, has left a lot of wondering, why this Service continues to operate?Ah, but a Ray of Hope and tethered Faith, has arrived on Their Tech Staff!!
